“Our refrigerator died. We went to several other stores. We stopped at Kings thinking that their prices would be much higher. We were greeted by a salesman who took directly to what we were looking for. Kings prices were right in line with the other store. The salesman didn’t try to pressure us into an up sale. The girl that did the paperwork for the sale was very pleasant and sweet. Delivery was first thing the next morning. Delivery guys handled everything pleasantly and professionally. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience. Kings has won a customer here. Keep up the good work, and we will be back.”

I am writing to share my appreciation for the fantastic service I recently received at Target. On February 11th, I had the pleasure of visiting your store, and I wanted to let you know about the excellent experience I had.
During my visit, I was helped by Georgene, who went above and beyond to assist me with finding the items I needed. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I truly felt like she cared about helping me, and it made the whole experience much better than I expected.
In addition, I was impressed by how well-organized everything was. The store was clean, easy to navigate, and the service was fast, which made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. I can tell that Target focuses on making its customers feel valued, and it really shows in the way you train your staff.
I also wanted to mention that your checkout process was smooth and quick, which made my visit even better. The attention to detail and the extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction are clear signs of a company that takes service seriously.
I will definitely continue to shop at Target, and I have already told my friends and family about the wonderful experience I had. Please extend my thanks to Georgene and the rest of the team for their hard work.

“Very impressed with the guys that helped me get my washer and dryer together and the boys you sent over here to take the old one out put the new one in we're excellent really nice very polite my washer and dryer is working just fine it's the first new set I've ever had and I'm 72 so I'm impressed with it in the store people were just as good to me had no trouble at all thanks again I appreciate it so many times the elderly are getting scammed and I don't feel like that at all with you guys I know if something happened you'll make it right and that means a lot”

“I went to the Verizon store on North Green River Road, looking at possible new phone provider . I was immediately waited on by Wylii an associate there . She helped me with details and pricing far better than any other provider, then went to the branch manager, Nate who added even more deals and yet better pricing. Wylii then worked to help setup my existing phone which I was bringing. All but one phone that my daughter had with her. So happy with my best deal and great service I left. Next day I brought my daughters phone in to have it set up and Jordan another great associate ask me as soon as I walked in how may I help you. I told him, he said Wylie was not available this morning ,however he would be glad to help. He immediately started to work with our existing phone and set up everything perfect ,showing me many different accessories on both her and my phones we didn’t know we had. I highly appreciate and recommend all three employees! They made all the difference! Thank You”
