“I had a Dryer that was not drying our clothes. We were contacted by B& M to do the warranty work. Shastin was the tech who arrived. He was punctual, polite, listened as I explained what the trouble was and was prepared with a new heating element. The whole process took about a hour. He vacuumed all the inside of the dryer, inspected the parts and cleaned up afterward. He also gave me some tips on how to clean and maintain the dryer. A EXCELLENT, Overall experience!!
