Quick service and gorgeous selection of flowers. Their store is quite cute, too. Emerald Designs even reached out ahead of time to ask if I had any inspo pics to share, which was very kind of them to check. Evansville is lucky to have this store.

Emerald did a beautiful job creating bouquets, personal flowers, and arrangements for our wedding. They used spring/summer colors as we requested & they were stunning in our photos. They also recommended a place to preserve flowers since they do not offer the service themselves, which I appreciated. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because I feel the customer service throughout the planning and ordering process could be improved. I thought my interactions with the staff + owner were impersonal and short during multiple interactions in-store and over email. This is a very expensive purchase to feel like customer service falls short. In summary: the flowers themselves were 5 stars but the customer service was a 3 star.

This place is absolutely fantastic! It’s gorgeous and the entire staff is EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help with any questions ranging from the plant novice (me) to the self proclaimed expert. If you’re getting your plants and plant advice elsewhere, you’re making several mistakes. Check it out and you will not be disappointed!

Approached Emerald Design with a daunting task, which plants would thrive in a low light space that could also take a little neglect (it happens, out of sight, out of mind…). They delivered! These flower have lasted almost two weeks now. I brought them into work and put them on my desk and I have gotten so many compliments on them. They were purchased at Honeymoon Cafe on Mother’s Day. I can’t wait to visit the store and shop. 10/10 recommend.
