Highly disappointed as of right now. We’ll see what happens later. Had a 2 day rental for 133.88, but delivered it back on a full tank (according to the gas meter and the miles to empty meter which was higher than when I drove off initially). I was charged 5.79 for the gas. I went to the airport to ask about it and was told that Chevy Onstar or something has a satellite gas tracking or something that marked it at 12 point something. All I can do is fill it up and take it back what the meter reads. I can almost guarantee neither readings were correct. Either the meter says it’s full or it isn’t. Unfortunately I have to wait until next Monday or Tuesday to figure out what the issue is and how I can get the 14 or so dollars back that I was overcharged. Mind you I was never sent a receipt via email from the 10th when I dropped the vehicle off and it is now the 18th. Went to pay American Express to be surprised by charges. Right now I am highly upset. I wasn’t going to review, but it’s hard not too. I rent from Enterprise a lot and it seems they are getting worse over the years. The cars are never clean and are barely maintained anymore. Hopefully this can be resolved and I can move on, but I am not happy with this at all.Update:Mr. Akins fixed the issue with the gas and rental rate. He was professional and courteous. I have nothing negative to say with that regard. I will also say that the Evansville airport does have the cleaner cars (out of all the Enterprises in the Evansville area). The Malibu was clean. The other Enterprises I won't lie; the cleanliness of the vehicle will depend. For future renters, if you have to rent the Malibu, keep your receipt for the gallons paid for and take pictures of the gas meter. I don't really recommend renting the Chevy Malibu even though it was newer, clean, and a nice ride. I always recommend a Toyota Camry for a full-size rental if you can get it. Toyota as a make is superior to Chevy (gas mileage wise and everything else). Obviously, that has nothing to do with Enterprise. That is just my opinion. Thank you.

Enterprise and Budget are combined at Evansville Dress Regional Airport. Kia Forte was a perfect car for my needs. Great on gas. Roomy, clean, and a non-smoking car ... PERFECT! The only thing I noticed was that it had not been washed and had a lot of bugs on the front. That was OK. It got washed by God. ? Very comfortable to drive.

My rental car experience at the Evansville Airport was great They upgraded me at no cost and the car was ready and clean. Mackensie Russell was on the phone with a customer the entire time I was at the checkout counter and she had the patience of a saint with a customer that obviously needed a lot of hand holding throughout the process. She answered the same questions over and over again , and never lost her patience with the customer. Cole set me up with my car and was very friendly and personable. It was great to see two young people that knew what they were doing and appeared to be great customer service reps.

It was great, the car was brand new and saved me a lot in gas. There was only one person behind the desk when I picked the car up and he was very efficient.

I rented a luxury vehicle and the station manager Paolo Porras was very nice and let me pick which one I wanted. I went with the BMW SUV. Rides very nice once I figured all the bells and whistles lol.

I almost always deal with Dyris Haywood when I rent cars from this Enterprise location. The customer experience he provides should serve as an example to others. He's always pleasant, efficient, and handles issues calmly and effectively. Enterprise should be working hard to keep him around, if not moving him up the ladder entirely. Thanks for all your help, Dyris!

I needed to rent a car to go on a 3 hour drive there & back 3 hours due to being safe & needing repairs on my car. I have rented from the ones at Evansville airport before more than once. I gave her my bank Visa card with almost 9000 on it but was turned away from a rental. I need to leave at 5am tomorrow. How in the world can I not rent a car? I wasted my time driving to the airport

My friend called ahead to make sure he was going to be able to rent the car, but when we got there, the worker informed us that he was not going to be able to do so. My friend is currently without a car, so we took a Lyft there, which was no cheap, and then had to take another Lyft to leave because we were not told the truth over the phone.

Great place to rent! They will stay open until the last flight arrives. Usually there is a representative at the Budget counter that can assist with your Enterprise rental after hours. Excellent customer service!
