EXCELLENT SERVICE - They took care of my sweet yorkie Tyler for years, before he crossed the rainbow bridge. Now they take care of my yorkie, Parker. They love your pets and make you feel like you are at home ;0) Love this place.

We just started taking out dog and two cats here within the last couple of months. We used to take our animals to a vet in the Fort Branch area but couldn’t afford the wait times there.We have a cat that has been urinating on things and other issues. They are very understanding when you don’t understand things and seem to do very thorough examinations and testing. We found out that cat has a thyroid issue. We were given a prescription for medications and options beforehand on how we wanted to handle the treatment. We were also offered information about a number of things including OTC treats to try to calm her daily anxiety.Throughout our times in the office and during phone calls questions have been answered very well and I never feel like I’m taking up someone’s day, which I appreciate immensely.The facility is clean and well staffed. If everything continues this way I think my husband and I will continue taking our fur babes here forever. We feel like they are getting the care they need and we trust them.

I'm not happy at all. I called in the am, left a message about how my dog wasn't doing well after a whole day and a half struggle. Bathroom moments came out with gas. He wasn't eating and drinking very little. 8 hours later I call back and I get put on hold as they try to figure out who I am. Then I'm told I can get medicine sometime right before they close. Their reason is because they are "really busy". Really? No, how is he? My dog isn't drinking or eating properly for 2 days now but its fine because your super busy. We can find a better place.

On two occasions, Epperson's has charged me for medicine or procedures without getting my okay. When I found this out, I was irritated and was told that they would not credit my bill due to health laws. I am looking for a new vet due to receiving poor communications and service from this office.

I had given them a great review before, but now it needs to be edited. I took my cat here and thought they were doing what they could to save his life. We took him there with an issue (Jan of 22) and they treated him with prescribed cat food, he was doing great, so we thought. 8 months later he is dying and we take him back thinking they will do everything they can, and three days later, we had to put him to sleep. We felt as though they were keeping him alive to keep the bill going up and up. We do not trust this place any more. We have lost all faith in people who are supposed to be trained and educated to help us take care of our pets. THEY ARE NOT JUST ANIMALS. THEY ARE OUR FAMILY!

Due to COVID restrictions we have yet 5o meet anyone in the office aside from the tech who comes out to get out puppy for his monthly meds and nail trim. The are convenient to our house and do a great job and accommodating appointment needs. I like their Petdesk app but would love it if it had a smidge more connectivity as to help with scheduling appointments but otherwise its great. All phone staff have been very friendly and helpful. We would recommend you give them a try.

Very kind and helpful staff. They helped us with the passing of our dog in April. Now we have a new pup and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s a bit of a drive from where I live, but the staff is so loving towards furry friends it is totally worth the extra drive for myself.

Everyone was nice and caring when I went with my dog. The Dr was very knowledgeable and the tech was good to my sweet baby. I do believe we will continue care with this office with our dogs. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is when my husband took her back for a shot he was not allowed in with her and we were not crazy about that.

Epperson is always very friendly and helpful! The vets there are very thorough when examining the dogs and I trust them completely with the care of my dogs!

The entire team goes above and beyond. I am able to talk to Dr. Switzer without feeling judged. I have multiple animals and each animals has been well cared for.
