Recently bought a silverback SBX 54 in ground basketball hoop from my local Walmart. Box was chewed up, missing some parts. I’m just giving a shout out here to the customer service at Escalade!! They quickly got the missing parts out to me, basketball hoop is up and running. I’m blaming Walmart for the initial issues with missing parts, but customer service came to the rescue! Thank you!!

I have to say that Escalade Sports has TERRIBLE Customer Service. I ordered a shuffleboard table on December 18th through Wayfair. It did arrive as scheduled and the Wayfair guys were great. My boys and I began to assemble the table and things were going great. That is until one of the legs did not have a screw grommet secured correctly. I contacted Escalade Sports and they told me that the 1 leg section that is only 2' long would be on back order until March. Yes, I have a partially assembled 10' shuffleboard table laying on the floor of my game room and they want me to wait 2-3 months for a replacement part for the Defective part they sent me. Only answer I received was, you can wait or you can call Wayfair for a return. No one has a can-do attitude to try and help people anymore. I now see all the bad reviews this company has are true. Just send me the $20 leg that will take 15 minutes to make and help your customer out.

Bought 84” 3 in 1 table from Academy Sports. Box wasn’t damaged but base of table was broken in two places. Manual says not to return to stroke and contact them. Customer service informed me they were out of stock and had no repair parts so I would have to return to store for refund.

Try to purchase a shuttle board and do a local pickup, but they refused to accommodate me. I guess it doesn’t pay to buy local, it’s really sad in the society we live where companies are so lazy that they don’t want to be inconvenienced, if this thinking is in management this company is doomed.

They might be fast loading but dude in shipping place needs to go!!!As I was standing inside gate for at least 10 minutes and nobody come to se what’s up and I decided to rang bell and this dude came and ready to bite through cage about ringing bell.He can give his attitude to anybody around him but not me!! This company steals from their customers! I purchased a Dart Board from WAlmart a year and a half ago. This Dart Board was NOT cheap. It stopped working and will not turn on! They told me sorry you will need to purchase a new board. So they sell defective equipment and then want you to buy a new one! 10/10 save your money and go elsewhere. This company is a damn joke and they are theifs!

If you want to spend your hard-earned money from a place who does NOT stand by what they manufacture and sell, this is the place for you! I contacted their customer service/warranty department regarding a Triumph air hockey table. The wood goal edges were deteriorating due to regular play. They were quick to reply to my email, however, they only replied to reply...offering "solutions" that wouldn't involve them in any way (passing the buck), but instead, having the consumer spending more $ and time to resolve. I bought an Atomic Air Hockey Table which is made by Escalade Sports. What a waste of money. It broke within 2 days of owning it and now, 9 days later, it's unusable. I tried contacting Escalde and they basically said "it broke because my kids hit the puck too hard". I guess they never played air hockey before. Now I have to box it up and drive it back to the store I bought it from since Escalade wouldn't send a replacement part. The parts are made so poorly that the leg broke when I screwed it onto the table top. Total waste of money!

I'm not sure any person in that company cares about whether or not customers got what they ordered. I ordered a ping pong table 11 MONTHS AGO which came without parts. It was expensive and touted excellent customer service so I called to have parts sent. 11 months later, they are still on backorder but no one bothered to let me know. No one has offered a replacement table until I became upset and now I got an email stating that there's a delay. What is going on with this company and doesn't anyone have pride in what they do. Must be a lot of unhappy people working there...or those who just dont understand excellence in customer service.

Just out of warrant 90 day bearing fell apart on apron which guess what it is not replaceable the company does not sell replacement bearings for this unit you have to buy the apron panel which cost over $72 Dollars plus shipping from china. Because of the sidewall thickness and size you can't find the bearing online. And you have to disassemble half of the table and rods to replace the apron Table is 3 months old used 12 times maybe. Called the company direct they did not even know what a bearing was on a foosball table...Brookdale American Legend AL2015W DO NOT BUY THIS FOOSBALL TABLE !!!

Ordered a product from them through Amazon on April 22, 2022. The product was never delivered. Their customer service is very unhelpful. They blame Amazon, Amazon tells me to contact Escalade. Escalade lays blame on XPO (the terrible shipping vender that they use). They had no problem charging my credit card for a product that was not delivered. Zero follow up from them. What a clown show.

This company's "customer service" is an absolute joke. I ordered their product through Amazon on April 22, 2022. It has still not been delivered. Calling Escalade Sports is of no use because they blame Amazon. Amazon says that I need to deal with Escalade Sports. Then the shipper, XPO gets blamed. XPO services does not call me. They consistently fail to deliver my item with little or no explanation. Take some accountability for ensuring that your customer gets the product that he paid for.
