Walked into coming to the dealership to hammer out the deal. Previously I had been offered $1000 off on a Mazda, and seeing if the dealership would match the offers of $1500 or more I was getting from other dealerships. Salesman had to check with his manager, stayed out of the office making me waiting for move than 30 minutes, and when he returned, his offer was MSRP, not the $1000 off that he had quoted over the e-mail. Told them if they weren't going to even match their own offer, why did they waste my time. Bought from another dealer the following week.

Was very pleased with the service I received in a stressful time. Rylan was very professional and helped me with every step to familiarize myself with all my new Mazda features to get the most out of my purchase. From sales, financing, to general management, I must say they are very attentive to customer satisfaction. My daughter just turned 16, and she too will be driving a mazda soon! Safety, quality, and luxurious looking interiors.... and on top of that, a 200, 000 mile, 10-year powertrain warranty.... is just remarkable! Thank you, Lou Fusz, for making this experience a pleasant one!

Tried to work with this dealer for weeks, was told to come in and they could deal. Went in and was told a price that was above what I was told in my e-mails. Was told that they would not come down from MSRP. It was a total waste of my time, why would anyone come to this dealer to negotiate a deal. They made me wait an hour to tell me their best offer was MSRP. This isn't even close to the offers elsewhere.

Total waste of time, tried to get a quote online and was talked into coming in, when I got there I finally got a quote and it was at MSRP with dealer add ons, other dealers were beating his price by $1000 or more

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Lou Fusz Mazda. I was so excited about my new purchase until I saw an obvious issue with my front tire. My SUV is only 10 days old and we had driven over 2 hours (one way) to do business at Lou Fusz. I brought my concerns to the dealership's attention and it was sadly dismissed. I would have expected some compassion since my SUV is hardly a week old. I can only assume that Lou Fusz Mazda prioritizes profit over customer safety and satisfaction.

Update... I just now rolled my window down and realized they failed to put the seal back on my door so now my window rattles. Unfortunately I work 12+ hours, so i will be contacting them Saturday. I hope they make this right.Everyone is so friendly. They listen to what your needs are and do not try to pressure you into anything.

Started off great. Then about two weeks later I get a text to call my salesman, now I have already signed all the paperwork gave them my vehicle and have taken my new one home. The salesman tells me two weeks later I owe an additional amount because my pay off on my trade was different from what I told them. They never contacted the other finance company to confirm the pay off on my trade before they wrote up the contract and I signed everything. Now I’m stuck between a rock and hard place cause I got to come up with x amount for there screw up.

Evansville Mazda is amazing! Terek and Ted (the GM) delivered the best in customer service. I spent two years deciding which vehicle to purchase. Finally, we decided on a Mazda CX50 - Prem Plus Turbo in white pearl, which it turns out, is an extremely rare combination to find. We searched for months. By chance, I submitted a request to Evansville Mazda. Terek reached out immediately and within a couple weeks I was in my new vehicle. (My previous vehicle was a Mazda CX5, Grand Touring. I absolutely loved it and never had an issue.) There was an issue with the paint straight from the factory and Evansville Mazda stood behind their product. Terek and Ted resolved my situation quickly and fairly. I couldn't be any happier with my vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Everyone here I've dealt with have done a great job. Love the Mazda CX-30 I got 10 months ago. MPG in the 40's, safety features have prevented some \\\"problems\\\".
