Bank somewhere else. Ever since they built their new building, their account fees have been astronomical. For instance, I had three pending charges. I was at the bank at 8:00 am and first in line to make a deposit. However, when I checked my balance, Liberty had returned all pending charges and charged me non sufficient fees on top of it. I called Liberty to inquire why that was and was told the deposit was made after they returned the charges. Not so since the deposit was made at exactly 8:00 am. will be moving my account directly.

I'm usually overly positive in my reviews, and I tend to forgive a LOT. And in general, I like to give extra stars because you can't mess with the place that feeds families.But this time I can't stay quiet.In short, these people seem to hate their jobs. As a whole, this company acts like a large machine with no humans in it. Between all my family members, we have about 6 accounts with them, some large. But, because of the way these people treated me, the customer, I'll be taking my money elsewhere as soon as possible.Buyer beware. I would give them zero stars if I could, but I'm giving them two stars because of the nice way the front office treats customers (eg. before they take your money), but once you start dealing with the back offices, buyer beware.Without getting too much into detail: for me, they created a situation, and then it became MY problem, even though they were incompetent about it, didn't inform me it had happened until much later, and even though I showed them ample proof that it happened ("we would never do that" even though I'm clearly showing them that yes, they did). They take no ownership of their mistakes. And when I asked them about it, they made it sound like "shrug, it's your problem now", with no assistance. And when I informed them of my frustration, they laughed at me. Yes, laughed. All over a simple $16 and some odd cents. Yes, you read that right: less than $20.Horrible horrible horrible business to deal with. I'm very disappointed. And now, I have to deal with all the fallout from this. In this case, I am taking a large hit on my credit score. Ugh!So yes, I'm taking my business elsewhere, and I'd recommend for you, fellow customers, to do the same. Awful awful.TL;DR: If you are looking for a financial institution, run away. Don't put your money here. There's no "small town service" here, no matter how much they pretend to be.

DO NOT BANK HERE OR ANY LIBERTY!! WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER!! RUDEST PEOPLE EVER! I had a problem and I called this Liberty and by the end of the conversation I believe his name is THOMAS started raising his voice at me when all I was doing was trying to understand what was going on:.IF U HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT AN ACCOUNT, BE AWARE YOU WILL GET YELLED AT..GO TO 53 they take care of their people and every their bank app is waaaay better..WORST BANK DO NOT GO,DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO!!! DONT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!! THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND YELL FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!! THOMAS

This location places unnecessary holds on deposited checks whether they are reasonable amounts or large. It has happened to me multiple times. I never have these issues at the main branch. I won't be using this branch anymore.

I am a member of another credit union and typically between credit unions, there is no charge for getting cash from their ATM's. This is one of the reasons I only bank with credit unions. ETFCU's ATM states there is a $3.00 charge! This is the first time I have encountered this at a credit union ATM.

Have been a loyal customer with this bank for 15 years. But they won't help at all with us and the truck we have, we have tried for 2 years now to trade it in and or sale it out right and when offered a lower price, the bank won't budge and help at all to move what is still left to another loan or whatever they have to do. We made a huge mistake purchasing this truck and we are just trying to get out of the payments and sale the truck, even if we take a small loss, and have to pay on a truck we won't own anymore for a little while, it will be better than never selling it all. We are just trying do what is right for our family financially and this bank won't help at all. I will make sure and tell anyone I know, not to work with this bank. We stay behind on a payments, and you all want to call and message us, and make sure that payment gets made, but you don't want to help let the truck go and we would be able to actually make a payment on what is left. I just don't understand. We have done everything we can think of without letting the bank come and get it or file bankruptcy, which we don't want to do. We are good people trying to do the right thing, the right way. And the bank is making it so hard
