Above and beyond when my brakes started squeaking and I took it in on a chance. They had no availability until the beginning of the year. They did look to verify it was brakes. That Friday they were full but the longtime, skilled, veteran mechanic said he worked Saturday and could get it done by 2 pm. I left my car on that Thursday not wanting drive out of fear they would get into the calibers. My wife picked me up. Friday morning at 8:15 I got a call it was done and ready for a pickup. Over a day early!
Incredible service above and beyond and every time I go, nothing but good!

The mechanics are wonderful people and they do a great job. They get you in and out very fast. However, I’m giving this a 1 star because the front desk receptionist, I believe her name is Patty, is the most unprofessional receptionist I’ve ever met. She tried calling me a liar, was very argumentative, and does not like to admit when she is wrong. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here with all of my family and my own vehicles. I will never come back here due to how unprofessional and rude Patty was. She needs to be talked to because you will lose a lot of customers if she doesn’t start treating the customers respectfully.

These people told me 1 thing, but my car said another. I don't believe that even looked at my vehicle, BUT I have a 2yr warranty. So, eventually, someone is going to have to fix something.
