FedEx finally got one delivery right. Due to so many issues with deliveries, I quit shipping via FedEx and when purchasing items online, I will avoid anything that ships to me via FedEx and will ask the shipper if they use FedEx and if they do, could they use another carrier, even if it costs me a little more. The FedEx app is terrible and so is the customer service through that. Delivery instructions are never followed. This one time, everything went smooth and my package was actually directed to this location for pickup. All of my problems with FedEx never involved this location. I was informed that my package was ready to pick up, got there and they were very friendly and brought it right out. It was a really big item, so they offered to let me use their flat cart and helped me get the package onto that cart. Out of all my FedEx experiences in the last 3 years, this one was a pleasant one and no issues. I'm still going to avoid having anything shipped to me via FedEx, but if I have no choice, I feel I will enjoy picking up from here again. It's just hoping the rest of FedEx can get their stuff straight, follow directions and the app works for it to actually get there.

Awful. Everytime i get items shipped from fed ex i get the same driver named Thomas. the past 2 items i’ve received were not delivered to my address but to some other address and i never got my stuff. It’s this same driver every time too. Hopefully this package arrives today.

I received someone else's package. I tried to return it but they refused to take it back
I have called about 25 times unable to speak to a REAL PERSON. Is there anyway to return this package
FedEx has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely wonderful people working here. I had a last minute urgent order and the lady at the desk was so kind and helpful in getting everything printed within a very short window. She went above and beyond - 5 stars Is not enough!

Worst ever. My package was to be here 4 days ago. A FedEx truck drove past my house and still no delivery.

my partner went here to send off mail internationally only for the package not to make it past customs because an employee named Roberto did not add customs paperwork. the package got returned to us and fedex could not give us a refund because it’s “our responsibility to make sure that the proper paperwork/documents are included” this employee works for a shipping company and mailing internationally is his expertise, this was our first time so how were we to know, that’s why we go to fed ex for proper assistance yeah? anyways out $45 here. went to post net (fedex) in newburgh and tried shipping internationally (the employee here gave us customs paper work to sign which is what roberto did not do) but unfortunately, they lost our package and do not know where it is to this day, again out $45 with fedex again. the employees need to be trained to offer their customers with all information so that their packages get sent with the correct documents. go to UPS and save your money they charge $29 ($16 cheaper than fed ex) for international mailing and our package made it within two days to its location. UPS is the way. maybe in the future we will give fedex another go when they’ve trained their employees to actually care about customers documents because again, they work for a shipping company and that’s why we go to them, to have our mail shipped correctly.

I patiently waited in line for a very long time to pick up my print order, as I always use them to print anything and everything. Once I got up to the counter, the associate rushed and quickly flashed the front only of the stack of three different documents that I had printed 50 copies each. I told her that I would like to take a closer look to make sure they all looked to be accurate as there are different times and dates listed with different time zones. She snapped at me, “Well, we have a long line of people waiting”. Yes, I’m perfectly aware of that! I was one of those people and I waited my turn. A word of advice—you should allow your customers time to actually look at the printed documents and not snap at them and scold them when they attempt to do so. Have more people work the shift if the 2 minutes I took to review my order bothers you so much. She spent plenty of time with the male customer ahead of me chit chatting with him. I probably won’t place another order at this place.

I drove 10 miles to use copy and fax. I was there during business hours Thursday around 12:15, lights out, doors locked, not a soul in sight.

Unfortunately one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I went in to mail a letter via a corporate account. The employee did not offer any assistance with validating the account number via either user name, address, company name, etc. I was told to ask my corporation for the number. I did not have a company contact available after hours, so I logged into my online FedEx acct and provided him the acct number from my profile. He would not work with the information I provided and instructed me to call the FedEx corporate number. I ended up processing the order myself online while in store. I basically received no support from the FedEx employee. I would not recommend this store for any personal or professional shipping needs.

I have been waiting on a package that was supposed to arrive Thursday got delayed in Louisville ky 2 hrs from me was like ok it happens then arrived in evansville at 930 am Fri where I love they waited till 815 to tell me it was delayed again, I called customer service and spoke with someone that was rude and hung up and sent me to do a survey in which I rated them poorly again to bad 0 is not an option. Called them Monday at 640 pm because it still has not arrived and they told me I could pick it up after 7pm how if it s out for delivery, what is going on in these work places nowadays, no leadership or accountability. Oh yeah when I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor she gave me a line I would receive a call I guess we will see.

Ignorant and incompetent people are working now for FedEx. What is happening?No package processing, no information about the return to normal business, some confusing statements about what the problem is.Is FedEx going out of business? The workers have no intelligent answer to the question.
