I have been waiting on a package that was supposed to arrive Thursday got delayed in Louisville ky 2 hrs from me was like ok it happens then arrived in evansville at 930 am Fri where I love they waited till 815 to tell me it was delayed again, I called customer service and spoke with someone that was rude and hung up and sent me to do a survey in which I rated them poorly again to bad 0 is not an option. Called them Monday at 640 pm because it still has not arrived and they told me I could pick it up after 7pm how if it s out for delivery, what is going on in these work places nowadays, no leadership or accountability. Oh yeah when I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor she gave me a line I would receive a call I guess we will see.

Ignorant and incompetent people are working now for FedEx. What is happening?No package processing, no information about the return to normal business, some confusing statements about what the problem is.Is FedEx going out of business? The workers have no intelligent answer to the question.

The employee, Maryann, who assisted me could not have been more rude. She clearly was having a bad day and taking it out on anyone around her. First, while waiting my turn I was next to a table. She needed to take her customer to the table to complete their transaction. Instead of walking around me, as the customer had done, she pushed her way between me and the table. Just rude! Then, when I came to the counter I asked if I could get help bringing in my box as it was heavy. She asked me the size and I gestured with my hands the approx size. She then asked me the weight and I told her I did not know, but it was heavy for me to carry. I am a 64 yr old female! (The package ended up weighing 51.85 lbs) She snapped she needed to know if she had to find another person to help her or not. I replied that I can help, I just need a second person and the two of us could carry it. She left to the back room and I went out to my pickup truck and carried the box in myself!!! With the help of another customer who opened the door. After I placed it on the counter she came out of the back with a cart. The remaining time she was short tempered, rude, and extremely unpleasant! She should not be dealing directly with customers!

The employees there were extremely helpful. They advised me which type of shipping would be cheapest and saved me a lot by helping with how it was packaged.

I designed my wedding menus and wedding itineraries online and had them all print at this location. Jill was so helpful and kind. She noticed the menus were off centered and fixed the design before printing and she made it easy to add more to my order! This location has great costumer service and high quality products. My prints turned out perfect! Will be coming here again.

Cannot get through to customer service always automated. Unable to switch delivery time one I talked to fedex local office due rep saying system is down and call back later . Very in helpful customer service!!!

Always closed!! Been trying to come to this fedex for a few days. Would not recommend going to this fedex! Waste of time because you’ll just have to go to another one!

Went in to send a return item of clothing. The lady who helped me was patient and pointed me in the direction of the packing material I needed. While she processed my transaction I mentioned I was working on a project and that I would need to have some things printed at a later time. I said I was pretty excited about it and she invited me to come back when I was ready and they'd get me all taken care of. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes and I left looking forward to my next visit to this location!

What are they doing? the package I should have received 4 days ago has not been delivered to this day. This morning I stood inside and saw the fedx truck through the glass. I thought this time It really arrived. After waiting for a long time, the package delivery man drove away without even getting off the car. Then my mobile phone showed: the customer is not available ,will deliver it tomorrow, holly mama, again? ! So next time I'm going to run after their van.

Never again! I just left here 2 get 2 black and white copies made from an Amazon return email. I have had these printed numerous times and only paid for the copies. The lady, Maiane (sp?) Proceeds to also charge me a "full service surcharge" of $2.50! I fee for her to literally do her job that she is paid to do charging me almost $3 dollars for 2 black and white copies. Absolutely insane a place would charge a surcharge to open an email and print labels. This has NEVER been charged to me before. No way will I be back here. Avoid at all costs.
