I have waited at home 2 days now, right by the door. The delivery driver has decided they don't need to try to deliver my package! I've tried for 2 days to get them to hold my package so I can pick it up. Apparently their ridiculous policy is they have to attempt to deliver it 3 times then they can hold it! What?! I'm asking for you to hold it, I've confirmed who I am, where I live, my tracking number, case number, and yet they are not allowed to hold it?? FedEx as a company needs to be gone. Leave the package delivery to companies that know how to do it. Even usps is better suited than this company. Since they are deciding to hang on here are a few suggestions train your delivery drivers as well as you do customer service, change you policy for holding packages, and have better communication with your employees, customers, and sellers.

Drivers are terrible. Won't bother coming to the door or even down the street and will just report you as not home to shorten their day.

Its been 3hours after it says delivered and its when i realized it was delivered to a different address after browsing around our apartment complex. They don't bother to double check the numbers before dropping a package. ?

Worst carrier ever. Why pay over $20 for 2 day letter delivery that doesn’t get delivered for a week. No explanation no refund. Do not recommend this carrier!

The employee was extremely helpful and nice. I was having trouble with the label staying even after taping it, and she said she would take care of it. Just overall a wonderful experience

Went to pick up a package and it was after hours today and they were incredibly helpful and took the time to find it for me. Highly recommend.

2 times they claim they stopped by my address & no one was home. I was home got an alert that no one was home. NO ONE knocked on my door. Not one FED EX delivery truck has been on my street .Driver's please stop lying because YOU didn't want to do the job YOU applied for.

Have gone here multiple times, and each time, I've had a package lost or not properly scanned in. Both times, it has been the same guy who took the package, but the package ends up not getting scanned in correctly and ends up being lost in the mail. I would not recommend going here it's too risky, especially with higher value packages. Try one of the locations.

They crushed my computer monitors, killed my Xbox and have refused to answer any of my correspondence since filing a claim in March. Unless they break into my apartment and slash my throat, I can't imagine their customer service being any worse.

I had a package that I had to pickup. Both the website and a customer service representative said that I would have to pick it up after 6pm and before 7pm. It turns out they close at 6pm. If you're changing your hours, it'd probably be smart to update your website.Edit: It's been 3 days since my package was supposed to arrive. Each day FedEx says that they'll deliver by 8pm. Then once 8pm comes around, it magically updates and says that it won't come until the next day. It's also been extremely difficult trying to talk to a customer service rep since half the time the automated call line hangs up on you and the other half of the time they're clueless about what's actually happening with my package. If I could give negative stars, I would.
