This location has amazing customer service and the people are great!However, there has been a cone in the nightly deposit lane for well over a month. It is dangerous for businesses with large amounts of money to not be able to pull directly up to the drop off box. Not only do we have to worry about theft, but with the winter weather there is also a chance of falling on the ice when crossing lanes to drop off. Please put a sign up for customers to pull to a different lane and leave open, or move and remove the cone after business hours to help out the local businesses during drop off hours.

I had 724 dollars in fraud charges. Disputed all thecharges and they needed 6 to 10 business days to refundthe money that was stolen from me. The bank itselfis a joke. Went to the branch to talk to a human about itwas told i needed to wait. Thanks for screwing up myplans on seeing family. Im done with banks. Going backcredit unions.

They should have gotten no stars. The bank has to have the worst customer service /care of any financial institution out there. Every time I have attempted to go to this "bank" I have regretted. Just a poor excuse for a company and their advertisements are a joke!

I've made two appointments to meet with a banker in regards to some of my accounts. Every time I come in for my appointment, it takes them 40 minutes to even get to me. The tellers who work the desk are rude & unfriendly. I've been in many times and they are always the same. I never get a greet I just get a snooty look and they say “what can I do for youâ€. Sometimes they will just stare at me before even mentioning anything that they are ready for me. Needless to say I love banking with 5/3rd but this branch needs to step up their customer service.
