If I could give zero stars, I would. Firestone itself is a reputable company, but this location requires closure. I always make a point to schedule my appointments in advance. In February, I came in for an alignment, and an oil change waited about an hour before being told that my tires were in poor condition and the service couldn't be completed. The representative tried to sell me tires at that time, but I chose to compare prices when I got home. Today, March 18th, I booked my appointment two weeks ago and arrived thirty minutes early for my scheduled 8am appointment. As of now, 2pm, I am still waiting. I asked 2 ½ hours into my truck being worked on ( I'm getting 4 tired mounted 1 is already on the rim, an alignment) before even asking anything. Mostly because I got an email while sitting in the lobby. Email said all 4 tires are bad, and I needed an oil change. Now they just did my oil change.... why would I need another. I'm not over the miles, and my truck even says 66% oil life. The employee told me to just not bother with it. Okay??? I felt extremely uncomfortable with this. 3 hours, he endeavored to inform me that the lug nut stud was already broken and needed to be fixed. It would cost me around 130shi. At this point, I was mad. It was not broken. This is my work truck. It's always maintenance properly. I knew right then and there they had broken it. They also never asked me for the key. So yeah, they broke it. The guy was not very nice at all when I told him this. I then had to make the phone call. And out of nowhere, they somehow are able to fix it for free. Yet here I am on my only day off, missed 2 doctor appointments, and my scheduled self care appointment. I have a small child in daycare i will be late to get. I told him this, and he just looked at me and said, "and) this location is the worst ever

I had firestone on washington ave in evansville Indiana in February 2025 to check out my cars front end alignment and I was told I needed new trail arms and control arms at a estimated price of their's for $1600.00 to fix my car. I took my car to another reliable mechanical place and had them check out car a couple days later and was told nothing was wrong with my car...Firestone was trying to rip me off!!! BEWARE

WAITED A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR FOR A OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION BUT IT COST OVER $100! AND A WEEK LATER WHEN THE TEMPERATURE GOT COLD THE TIRE THAT HAD A SLOW LEAK ACTED UP AGAIN AND IT WAS NOT MOVED/ROTATED AT ALL. IT WAS STILL IN THE SAME LOCATION. TOO MUCH $ AND UNSURE SERVICE
WILL GO SOMEWHERE THAT I CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING ON MY VEHICLE.

Had to wait about 5 minutes as it seems the guys work in the shop and take care of customers. Once someone came in to assist me, I received great customer service.
The cost of my oil change was high. I was shocked. If it hadn't been for the $30 coupon, it would have been $80 more than I paid last time I had my oil changed at Firestone.

Took my mom’s 2014 Lincoln MKZ there for tires. They gave some exorbitant price to fix things that her regular mechanic said weren’t even necessary. When I questioned them about the cost, they said well it is a Lincoln! A Lincoln MKZ is nothing but a Ford Fusion with lipstick. They tried to pull one over on us. We have been to two locations in Indy that didn’t treat us like that. The downtown Indy location is the best! The next time we need to go to Firestone in Evansville, we will go to the First Ave location.

They tried to tell me my truck needed repairs that had already been repaired. I was told my truck wasn’t reaching optimal operating temperature because I needed new spark plugs. The spark plugs, wires and ignition coils were replaced in the Summer of 2024!! My thermostat is stuck open that’s why it won’t reach optimal operating temperature. They replaced my water pump, and radiator in March of 2024. They told me they could replace the thermostat but I would have to pay for a radiator flush!!! For what it was just flushed last year!! Why not replace the warranty part and refill my radiator fluid simple as that.
Be careful taking your vehicle here, they may try to charge you for work that doesn’t need to be done.

I thought they were great until they tried charging $700 for my brakes. I'm disabled, that's almost my entire check so we had a friend come over to change my brakes. The brakes DID NOT need replaced, they have a ton of padding left and they said the rotors were worn so bad and grinded that I was below the micing spec which was also a lie.

Spent $900 fixing up my car, it had 3 issues, 2 out of the 3 were fixed. So I made an appointment again and told them one of the issues were not fixed so they inspected it again, and the issue is still there. I’m taking my money elsewhere.
