I called to have a delivery delayed due to finding out my mom would be out of town. They were very nice and understanding. However, I still received a notification that it was delivered on the day I original scheduled.
When I called and tried to figure out what was going on, I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I finally spoke with Kelly, who informed me that they gave the workers a day off after mother's day with it being so busy. I can completely understand that. It was a frustrating misunderstanding, but I'm overall happy it worked out.”
