Very professional but down to earth. Explained everything so that I could understand. They went over and above when I didn't have the lug remover tool for my locked lugs and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend these guys. They know what they are doing and aren't out to cheat anyone

I hope this message can and will help anyone. I have been taken for Thousands of dollars from this shop. And my final straw was for them to write on my receipt that customer keeps putting stop leak into vehicle. I’m pissed but what can I do? Ever since I purchased my truck this shop have been the only shop to work on my vehicle.This is my first foreign vehicle and this is the only local shop in town that works on them type of vehicles. After being taken for so much money which I thought I would save. Only to end up at the dealership anyways. Please man or woman get a second opinion before going to or using this shop. Like I said my money has been taken I am just writing this review, in hopes to help the next person.

Took my vehicle to get looked at.. Told me price would be $870. Decided to just pay 175 for diagnostic. Problem was just a hose so I decided I could fix myself. Called and asked could they just order the piece. Owner was rude kept calling me dude and hung up. Saying Im on my own. Which is perfectly ok. Just the professionalism this Owner lacks when talking to customers. Rude Rude. I wouldn't trust a company that's talks to customers this way.

I took my 2003 BMW 330ci which stands for coupe to be diagnosed, to see what my problem was. When I finally talked to someone at the shop they told me they couldn't diagnose my car they didn't know what was wrong and they would need to check the compression. It's my understanding that one of the first things you do is check the compression if you have a serious problem, mine was missing on all cylinders. So they told me to come and pick the car up because they couldn't diagnose it at a cost of $232. I took my car to another shop and they diagnosed it quite easily it was all six fuel injectors. You decide if you want to take your car to a shop like foreign performance that treats the people the way they do horrible rating.

We purchased our Volvo from the dealership. Unfortunately they no longer handle or work on Volvo's. We thought we was going to have to travel all the way to Louisville ky. To get are car serviced. Then we found Foreign Performance they got us in and did a great job. Thanks to them we can now have our car cared for locally.

I’ve taken a couple of my vehicles (Audi, BMW, and Land Rover) here for various issues and always had a great experience. Great at communicating what needs resolved and providing an estimate. I’ve never had to wait an excessive amount of time for work to get completed and it’s always been top notch. They’re very knowledgeable about all the European makes. Prices are way more reasonable than taking it to a dealer service department.Service: Auto maintenance

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.An absolute nightmare. Horrible customer service. The owner hung up on us several times.They caused more problems on my vehicle and didn't actually fix anything! They also had my vehicle for 5-6(!) weeks. Absolutely crazy.I'm shocked they are still in business.Save your time & money and go elsewhere.

**DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE**Long story short, they did not fix my problem. I will now have to take my vehicle elsewhere. I was luckily able to get my funds returned. The OWNER hung up on us several times while trying to resolve this issue.I also wanted to mention that they caused further damage to my vehicle and refused to fix it.Honestly, this place should be shut down for the sketchy work they do.

Foreign Performance came as a recommendation from an associate to try and locate a power draw on our 2001 CLK 430 convertible. I dropped the car off to have them check for the power draw, along with a list of items that we wanted them to check and provide a us a quote to potentially fix. Shortest version of the story (impossible); after several discussion, they had the car for over 6 months and finally said the modules under the passenger seat were bad and needed to be replaced, but due to the cars age they could not source these parts and it would not be worth having someone rebuild the existing modules. We said fine, please provide a quote for the broken seat and the resolving the A/C. Upon picking up the car I paid them $823, the seat latch and A/C had not been touched and no quote was ever provided so we could even make a call on whether or not to do it. I paid them and left. I decided to look and see if I could find the modules myself so I called the shop and asked them if they would provide the module part numbers, you would think they would have at least taken the time to look up the parts and written them down after paying $823. No such luck they didn't write them down (they likely didn't even look them up), albeit a quiet and unassuming fella, the owner or front desk guy got irritated when I asked them for the module part numbers when I was upset that they didn't' even write them down after the car being there for over 6 months. He told me they spent 40 hours on looking for the power draw, which came down to the 2 passenger seat modules. Answer me this, if they are experts in foreign automotive technology, why would it take them 40 hours to narrow it down to the 2 passenger seat modules? If it did take them 40 hours how come when I picked up the car it was in a garage with about 1" of dust on it (from not being touch)! When I asked about the seat and A/C, he told me I had said to not do any work on the car, which is a complete half-truth; I had asked them to provide a quote so we could decide how to proceed. Literally would have been fine if he would have said, "hey we didn't write them down, but we will get them for you". Nope, instead, I said I paid $823 the least you could have done is write the part numbers down, he was clearly upset and when I mentioned small claims, he literally just hung up on me! I admit to being upset but I was not profane in any way and did not deserve being hung up on. This garage provides no kind of customer service and will take the easiest way out as possible. I would find it more respectful if they would just say, we do not want the job for this car rather than being ambiguous and passive aggressive. Recommendation: DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE! Awful Customer Service!

Honest, fast & trustworthy. I brought my Audi in my an oil change and they were fast and thorough. Also took the time to explain upcoming maintenance after a previous dealer failed to be upfront with me. I was told (by another service department) that a caliper was seized on front passenger side that doesn’t seem to be the case. I appreciate their honesty and fast service.
