I placed an online order for in-store pickup, and was never notified that it was ready, so I called the store. Jemima was who answered and told me that she could not fulfill the order because the product was in boxes in the back room, and basically that she didn't want to do her job of looking through the boxes to find the item. So I said, "you are saying you have my item, but you don't feel like looking for it so therefore you have to cancel my order?" and she said that she does not appreciate me accusing her of that, but I wasn't accusing her if that's what she basically said herself. The next day, the store manager Christian, called me and gave me a discount on the item which was already on sale, and was very apologetic and very nice about the situation that should not have happened. He took care of it and went beyond. We need more Christians!! Thank you so much to him!

I had an online order to pick up and ended up wanting to switch one of the items out. Christian was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

I was at forever 21 and me and my friend were just looking around and a fat blonde lady came up to me and and said “got some shirts goin on” and I said yep and I walked away and I told my friend that I thought she was following us around and then she got security and we left but I’m never coming back again, that fat lady is just jealous but she can’t fit in any of the clothes we were looking at, at least I don’t be looking like a fat hippo!

when i was there with my friends the big blond lady i think she was the manager was following me and my friend around she even called security on us for no reason and she was very rude and racist to me and my friends. never coming back there and there cloths are ugly like her ugly fat self looking like a blueberry
