Due tho their state these days they rarely have a decent collection of games. Their selection is more like that of Target or Walmart now. I never see even popular indie titles in stock and sometimes they aren't even carrying popular AA and AAA games.

Second time I've tried pre-ordering a game and it's not instock on release day. What's the point of preorder if you can't guarantee the game on release date. There only resolution is to give you a refund on what you have paid so far and they offer to oder it online and have it sent to store. Then you have to wait more days for the game to come in. They need to offer a discount when they don't get your preorder in on time!

Was visiting here last month and the employee who was working that night was very abrasive and rude to me and my friend. I was looking at the bin of different character figures and asked my friend "what's this?" (referring to the fact I didn't know who the character was) and the employee interrupted as if I were a child and proceeded to explain to me what an action figure was in a very smug tone. Among other things he did was just as smugly try to explain to us what a Switch controller is and does, interject more comments into conversations my friend and I were having including telling me "You've said the same exact thing 6 times since coming into the store" and hollering after my friend and I left the store "Are you gonna buy anything or not?"
No. No we aren't. I'm an adult, I would like to be treated like one when I go shopping, even if it's at a game store.

I was so a defective ps4 and had to wait for over 3o min for an employee to co.e back from lunch for them to open the case to get it they are not good o. Customer service i d pent close to 300 inthe store I expect professionals not stoners who are lazy

One of the best GameStop experiences my gaming family has had. The sales person was very kind and knowledgeable about upcoming games, their pro-program, and preorders. Our family of gamers will definitely be going back.
