Not a bad selection but staff is slow and sometimes hard to get help. Value for money is medium.

Couldn't get any employees to help us. We needed a big cart and wasnt able to find one so we went to the front and had to interrupt two young employees conversation to find one. Neither one of them left their spot and told us which aisle we "should" be able to find one, then they proceeded to engage back in their conversation. Then after we were able to track down the cart we needed help in the bath department.Couldnt find a single worker so my husband goes to another department and finds an employee sitting. When he asked for help he told My husband there should be a worker with a white shirt in that department. He didn't bother getting off his butt or even try to page someone. My husband looked for this worker in a white shirt and he was nowhere to be found. There was a customer who even asked if he could help us! So we left and gave our business to lowes where not only one employee was happy to help us but three helped us. If you know what you need when going into home depot then you should be fine but don't expect any employees to help you

Had gone in-store to request a quote for a new fence and the 3rd party contractor never got back in touch with me after 5 days (I was told to expect a call within 3). The lady I spoke with over the phone to cancel the job was very pleasant and a delight to speak with.

STAFF IS ABSCENT. NO HELP WHATSOEVER. AND THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT I NEED. THEY DONT KEEP MUCH IN STOCK.
