Absolute terrible company to deal with. We drop internet service DAILY and sometimes days on end. The fiber network is a total joke and their service to fix it useless. Never a solution from tech support to fix it, just endless BS. Their is a reason they are the worst rated company on Google I've ever seen... Go a different route if you can! If I could give zero stars, I would, unfortunately they get the 1.

I live in the same complex and my service is been down since Friday night. I been told multiple stories and there is no resolve. I work from home and this has been a incovenience. There is no one on site from Watch.Also several weeks back my system crashed. It turns out my modem provided by Watch could not support the speeds I was paying. There solution was to throttle my speeds or I can purchased my own equipment. They also offered a two month credit. I been paying for high speeds and they are responsible for there own equipment They knew the modem in the apartment could not handle the speeds but sold me the higher speed three years ago.

This is the only service available in our complex. However, they are selling high speed internet that their built in modems are not equipped for and they admitted it to us. Currently the entire area has been without internet for three days without any transparency. If you have a choice, do not choose Watch!!

The frequency and length of outages is entirely unreasonable. At my Newburgh apartment the current outage has been over 24 hours now. As an owner of company that does large scale network deployments from fiber to config, this is absolutely unacceptable for a supposed single cut buried cable. I was told there are techs on-site addressing the problem, twice. There has been no one because I went looking for them. When I told that to the CS rep, he said it is actually a WOW! problem. It’s bad enough dealing with half the downstream speed at my modem on a regular basis. I could not in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

This is the first person that has offered to help us figure out why all the computers couldn't connect to your internet. He was kind, had lots of patience. Most of all fixed the understanding of the router to our wireless stuff, You best keep this fella, He knows what he is talking about. Thank you so much

Hooked up to one of their new towers that offered faster speeds than the old company they purchased use to offer. Much better product and service, can stream, game and run multiple devices on the 50 M package.

Horrible horrible horrible. Have had 2 schedules appointments to get this internet and both times have been a no call no show. Not sure how they stay in business.

The internet service is extremely slow when operating . The internet is always down either to technical difficulties or maintenance. I’ve been without service today for 14 hours and counting. If you call and indicate that you want them to return your call…they don’t call. I was -#9 in line with no call back after 3 hours.Three weeks later and the internet has been down another 4 days. No one calls you back when you leave your number. I had to call back 6 hours later. They were unable to resolve my issue and said someone would call today to schedule service and No one called.

This internet service is down more than it is up. Tech support is buried with phone calls everytime you call. Horrible service. This product is trash. Stay away!

Worst experience ever. We have not had internet since last month and now they are saying we will not have Service until 10/19/2022. They want us to pay the October bill. Wow is all I have to say.

Internet has been out for going on 5 days now, I hate this is the only option I can get in my area. It hardly works even when it’s “working” can’t ever open anything on my phone with their service. It’s 2022 and these idiots can’t do better than this. It’s sad and pathetic

Ridiculous service and customer service is horrible too. When Qwireless owned it, it went out but thy were right on it to get it back on. Watch kept telling us it was on our end for almost a year, now it's the tower. Well fix the stupid thing! They definitely want their monthly but won't credit you for all the outages. Sad thing is is they are the only ones we can get it. Might as well be without internet as much as it's out. Horrible company! Like everyone else has said, only gave a 1 because 0 want an option.

Worst internet. Worst customer service by far. I have spent countless hrs on the phone with cust. Service and tech support. After a month they decided maybe we should send a tech out to look at it. I asked when could they come. I was told at least 3 weeks at the earliest. I canceled and got a different service and its just as bad. I don't know what to do. I don't even live in a rural area.
