Gloria is very rude and condescending, definitely not a customer service friendly person. It might be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. The vehicle tire had to be aired up before I left the lot and every single day I had the vehicle.

The woman was incredibly rude, service was terrible
, reservation was made weeks in advance and they did not have my car. The other customers in there were treated as an annoyance. Terrible experience and I will never be back.

Worst place to rent a car, giving them 1 star because I can’t choose 0, booked with one week in advance and they call me 2 hours before working hours to let me know they don’t have any car available for me even when I already paid for my reservation a week before, and when I went there of course they have cars, they like play with your time and money, very disrespectful cancel a reservation in that way.
Update: go to enterprise they can pick you up and drop off after your rental and they always help you, no like this company who only wants to play with you money and time.

Just don’t. You won’t be able to pick up your car at the time you reserve it. Just go to the airport where there are more people. Been waiting 40 mins this far and don’t have my car

Horribly rude woman working. Online will let you book even though they do not have a car. We drive all the way there after our flight cancels, and she says its because I booked last minute. At this point, I had booked nearly 2 hours before and when pressed as to why they wouldn't at least call, she says that she is the only one working with an eye roll and extremely condescending tone. I rent a decent amount and will not be using Hertz again after this experience. Fix your website and the attitude of your customer service workers.

So I don’t smoke or vape so that’s no thing to me … but why isn’t there a pet policy I don’t have a pet either so to get in a car the reaks of dog in the hot summer heat is no different no better there shouldn’t be discrimination of one with out equal of the other This is to hertz corporate office That’s health and safety risk on more levels than someone vaping

Terrible Hertz location. They didn’t have the car ready when I arrived, was reserved for 9:00am when I picked up at 11:00 still had to wait over 30 mins. Weren’t able accommodate the car that I reserved. Said they couldn’t get reach me but had my email and just called.

Called to today to discuss changing my rental time so I could pick my car up earlier. I was told they might not have a car for me on Friday to rent after I made , and put a deposit down.
The woman I also spoke with was very rude . I have rented cars many times before from this location . I will never rent here again !! Hertz lost my business due to the rudeness , and lack of professionalism.

I've been renting from this location for almost two years now, and have never had an issue. To address a majority of the complaints, a short step-by-step guide to renting a car from Hertz.
1. Use a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, expect a $500 authorization hold on a DEBIT card. Prepaid cards of any form and balance-secured credit cards are NOT accepted. If it's your first time renting, be prepared to show proof of insurance. This process gets much smoother if you rent often and use the Hertz app. I'd highly recommend using the Hertz app to book vehicles for the best rate.
2. Before showing up to pick up your rental, call the location and verify the vehicle is available. Vehicle scheduling errors can and do occur occasionally, especially during high-volume periods of the year. If there is an issue, the staff will usually do their best to find an alternative solution. I have never had an issue here and I rent a car they don't keep at this location often. (Tesla!)
3. Be respectful. DO NOT SMOKE IN THE VEHICLES! Despite this Hertz location being a corporate location, they have a small team and kindness goes a long way. Remember that after you are done driving the vehicle, somebody else will drive it too. Everyone benefits when vehicles stay clean and in good condition—not just the rental agency. If you ignore the no-smoking policy, expect to pay a professional-grade deodorization fee. ($400)
4. Before driving off, take clear photos of the rims, undercarriage, front, back, sides, and interior. Do the same when you return the vehicle. This helps protect you from any unexpected claims of damage and provides peace of mind.
If you follow these steps, you’re guaranteed to have a problem free experience at this Hertz location. The manager takes great care of the fleet, and the team makes a real effort to get everyone they can into a reliable vehicle. Give this location a try and leave an honest detailed review of your own personal experience, it will help better the location for both staff and the surrounding community. Thank you, Hertz!

Horrible experience. First car broke down they told us to bring them the car , hard to do when it’s broke down, finally got it to them , they gave us a replacement , that car has had to be jump started 5 times in 1 day , have been on hold with breakdown for over an hour
