Terrible. The "manager" at the counter has some of the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. Will never use Hertz. Steer clear.

I have used this location numerous time over the last 2-3 years. Always good service and friendly counter associates. One time I left my tablet in the rental. I called about an hour later and the manager had it in their office. No problem getting it back.

VERY VERY VERY RUDE. Was charged a cleaning fee for smoking when I do not smoke after I already flew out. If you rent from here please have them go out and check your car and get a accurate receipt before leaving

Left a pair of sunglasses, yeti cup and airpods. Called back 30 min after returning car and told they were not in the car. Hope the employee enjoys listening to music and drinking from a cup with my daughters name on it

Absolutely the worst customer service locally and nationally. Had a dispute over charges on the account, tried to get it refunded at the time of return, was told a manger would call. Waited over 36 hours for the call, so I called to talk to the manger and was unable to get through. The phone was directed to the national customer service line and waited almost an hour on hold. Once I was able to speak to someone, I was told she would refund the fee, then she said she was unable to make any refunds since the charges have already been charged to my credit card and I signed for the charge. I explained I needed the car so I had no choice but to sign. She became very rude and told be I had to pay the additional fee. I then called locally and was able to get through to be told the manger just left for the day. Again, told not to expect any refunds unless the manger was in a good mood. I told her not to bother with calling since I had already wasted over an hour of mine time with not one but two rude customer service reps. If i could give less than 1 star I would, but it is not an option. Lesson learned....never rent from Hertz.

I would never rent from hertz anymore it’s a rip off they will make you prepay and when you do so and return the car before the return date you don’t get refund they just stole $140 from me and did not do refund, they just lost a customer that do a lot of renting!

Mainly good for business travelers. Hours and availability as well as pricing at this local would make the trip to another local worth it for personal rentals! Friendly and helpful either way!

They didn't have my vehicle ready and gave me a truck that got half the MPG than what I reserved. Cost me an extra $50 in fuel.

The staff at Evansville airport were extremely rude! The car was clean and just what we needed. Would have gotten a better review if the 2 blondes were more personable.
