Had a great experience with three of your locations we went looking for kids Curry jersey and shoes it was my son birthday he was dead set on a certain shoe style and it took three locations to get it. All three locations worked together getting the shoes he wanted we wenr to your Princeton, Eastland Mall, and where we got the shoes was from was Vincennes thank you guys for making my son's birthday he loves his warrior jersey and shoes I'd take a picture of him but he has the outfit on and he is out playing right now. Sales lady was really nice and helpful look up that lady sales man that day she deserves a raise she was the nicest person in all the shoe stores n the Eastland mall that day 🤩 💯🫶👏👍

Went in didn’t have what my great granddaughter was looking for it was the 5th store and f the day we had been to really tired and frustrated the worker was so kind she worked with her until they found the perfect pair of Jordan’s she’s 12 and wears a women’s size 11 and is very tall hard to find size unless it’s in the men’s sizes not very girly the store actually had 2 pair in her size that she lived will always choose this as our first store to visit

Literally worst customer service ever. My boyfriend and I went our separate ways in the store so they didn't know we were together. Over heard the workers saying he was going to steal something. Then no one wanted to help him. They kept telling someone else to go help him. He had to walk up to the counter and ask one of the 4 workers to get him the size he needs. They didn't even want to go to the back and get him the shoes. Made him try on the display shoe. And when he said he wanted them they got snarky and went and got them.

Hibbett is my favorite sneaker store. Shoes are the same everywhere. The selection of apparel is what sets them apart from the others.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Received 2 lefts. I returned them to storeto fix issue. After about 45 minutes and being informed that they ordered the wrong shoe but it has been corrected and new pair should arrive at door. After a week of no notifications, emails, or appearance of shoes at residence, I returned again to be notified that nothing had been ordered AND they had kept the 2 lefts. So I still have no shoes or a refund or an answer. Evansville Indiana. Tried giving no stars but I had to give 1 to post

Everyone in this store was nice. I was looking for a new pair of basketball shoes with my dad and my two little brothers. A worker named Jason was helpful the whole time. Offering to get us sizes, giving us insight on the shoes, and much more. He treated us like family, and was nice to all of us. My dad talked with him for a while, and my dad left the store smiling from ear to ear. It was a great experience overall and I will definitely come back.

I had made an in store purchase of two pairs of shoes. I had to return one pair which I did within the time frame allowed in the return policy and returned to the same store where I made the purchase. I was told the money would be refunded back onto the card of the initial purchase within THREE days. It’s has now been more that 25 days and I haven’t been refunded. I have reached out to the store where I made the purchase and also to the customer service department SEVERAL times and I still haven’t been refunded. Who do I need to contact in order to get my money back? This is considered theft in my eyes.

I received these shoes from an order placed on 10/27/23. Not only were they not new, one shoe was a size 6 and the other shoe a size 7.
