We were in the Paint Department late evening, a week ago. We weren't exactly sure of the color or type of paint we needed. The young lady working was basically no help at all. She was more concerned about being on her phone the entire time. Thankfully, Austin stepped in to help us. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He guided us to exactly what we wanted. Excellent Customer Service provided by Austin. Grateful for Austin saving us!.

8-4 is a bad time for shipping and receiving one there an hour behind here so it's really 9 if you are going east should at min be 7 am should look into that.

Their service is probably sufficient if you don't need help or experience a problem with your purchase. Buy large appliances from them at your own risk. You can't go back to the store for customer support on the purchase. They will do nothing but give you a phone # to call.

Had such a horrible experience here. Had to have a customized storm door done with a doggie door. They screwed it up so bad. After 3 months and 2 different doors we had to start all over again with a different company. It's been a nightmare. And they made n e feel like it was my fault. Never again will I shop here.

The store has a lot of people to help you., but only offered self check out. I don't use self checkouts. I feel it takes jobs away. They had a lot of stock but again nobody to check you out.

Stop in the Evansville location yesterday with 20mins to spare to look at the exterior doors and asked the cabinet department for some help to get a price on a door. The guy paged 3 different people before making a general page for customer service in the door area. After waiting for 20 minutes I gave up and left! Told a lady up front to let the manager know their customer service in the door area really sucked! Pretty aggravating that you can't get people to help you when the place is packed with employees!

Put my information in their system to get a door measure. I gave it a week and then called the store and asked why no one had been in contact and was told the system online is not connected to their door measure system. Why does it allow a person to schedule a door measure then? Anyway, so after talking to a gentleman at the store he scheduled a measure for me and said I'd hear from the person coming to measure within a few days. After not hearing anything for another week I finally called and asked to talk to a manager. The man I was talking to said the manager wouldn't be in until 8am but he'd give him the message and have him call me. Amazingly, and I'm sure by pure coincidence, lol, instead of the store calling me back the actual door measurerer/installer called and set up a day and time to come measure. He came and did the measure at the time and on the day we agreed to. That was August 29, Tuesday last week. He said he was sending the information in for the measure that night and I should hear something by Monday, September 3. Well it's Wednesday September 6 and I still haven't heard anything from Home Depot. They've truly dropped the ball over and over again in this situation. I, at this point, am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Home Depot. I've never had this issue with the other Home Depot stores I've dealt with previously in Northern Michigan. I had intended on buying 2 new entry doors and having them installed by Home Depot and also buying 2 new storm doors but installing those myself. Now I'm trying to find another company to do this work for me. What's going on H.D. on Burkhardt in southern Indiana?
