Home Goods just lost my business. Went in to use my gift card and they asked for my ID. First I have never been asked to show my ID. Then because the name didn’t match because my husband name since I did not have my purse the cashier would NOT let me use it. I asked to talk with the manager and the manager said that corporate was cracking down and they would NOT let me use it on a $3.99 purchase since it did not match his name. I literally was purchasing a small funnel for my home and came in specifically to use the card up. Then I had to ask for the card back because they didn’t want me to use it.
So I went to their sister store sierra right next door. We found a small purchase of $12.99 and had no issues with using the gift card. The gift card had $1.00 on it. Home Goods literally lost a paying customer who if I bought the funnel would have spent an extra $3+. Home Goods lost a customer over a freaking dollar. I appreciate Sierra honoring the $1 but I loved Home Goods but after this they put a bad taste on my month.
Merry Christmas to you as well.

My first time here, I had a birthday gift card, and I must have spent 2 hours in there looking around. Very good prices on cotton sheets and comforters and throws and pillows and everything you need to make your home comfy. Unique items. I got a faux fur blanket and cotton sheets and Vietnamese coffee, and Italian vanilla wafer cookies and coconut crisps,& probiotic protein bars. All for a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a gift this is the place, something for everyone.

We enjoyed Home Goods. The selection is always pretty good - especially holidays items. I have found some very nice things for my home here.

This store was a disaster. Boxes and pallets full of products in boxes all over the store. Someone working on rug display making noise. Could hardly walk through the aisles. Total mess. Poor management skills all around. So sad!

If you need a place to practice controlling tour anxiety and nervousness, go here while wearing a baggy coat and walk the aisles. It is so jam-packed with glass breakable that you'll feel like you are in a mosh pit rage room.

Dear Home Goods,I’m not going to snitch on the employee who I had this incident with but I will let people know how it reflects your staff and faculty. Throughout the store I was being followed by a worker who was continuously crop dusting me. It happened 4 times profusely. I also noticed the shelves were very unorganized which made things hard to find. But I did find a half eaten Mchicken. Please have a cleaner environment for clean people. Thank you.

I just love Home goods! Most notably I bought a 2 pack of framed canvas photos for a collage wall for $10 and am OBSESSED with them!! Excellent value and great quality! They have a huge selection of great cleaning products too! As the OCD Clean Queen business owner I really enjoy shopping for home decor/stationary/cleaning products and supplies all within one store!

Omg, that place would be a nightmare for anyone with OCD! Each time I've gone in there is literally merchandise everywhere. It's piled on top of one another, wall to wall homegoods choas. To the point it may seem overwhelming or possibly anxiety inducing. If you have a fear of being buried alive, this is not the place for you. If you gave children who can't help but touch everything they see, this is not the place for you with them in tow. Prices are good though and a lot of cool housewares and such. Totally worth the trip if you got those breathing exercises down, took your Xanax that morning and got a babysitter for the afternoon.
