The staff was very courteous and helpful. The ham a little pricey for the size, but not having to cook it myself was worth it.

I cannot tell you how wonderful the customer service is at the Evansville, IN Honey Baked Ham store! We ordered a ham to be delivered to a friend from the corporate store and found out today, 3 days before Christmas, that the delivery would not happened until the 27th!! I made a desperate call from South Carolina to see if the local store could help in any way and you would not believe how wonderful everyone was! They were most certainly dealing with lines of customers on this day and yet, my problem became their problem as they searched for ways to save the day. When we realised there were no delivery options that would work before Christmas, Eric, the store manager, offered to make the delivery himself! This is really unbelievable - he didn't know us at all, but he most certainly thought we would not be a repeat customer because we are not from the area, and yet he cared enough to personally take care of us. I think his actions speak volumes.

I had ordered a delicious ham for Thanksgiving..and all the employees made me feel at home when I picked it up..very nice people...I will definitely recommend this place and there food..!!!!Parking: Always parking...lots of parking...never an issue..even for RVs...plenty of room!!!

Nice menu choices. You are able to get sandwiches only or add a drink and chips or broccoli salad or potatoe salad. You order at the counter, and they will deliver your plate to your table. The ham salad sandwich was served on fresh wheat bread with an ample amount of ham salad,lettuce, and tomatoes. Had a nice flavor. You are servered a peppermint candy on your plate as well.

I went in a couple of days ago to get 1/4 ham. I have had their ham a couple of times before, and it was good both times. The lady working in this Evansville, Indiana store gave me a mix for split pea soup with my ham. I thought that was generous of her until I discovered that it was expired!! Why would I want their trash!!?@#! I certainly hope that the ham is actually fresh!! I am not sure when I will go back!

Watch this place and watch your orders. I was charged $26.00 for ONE pound of sliced turkey. 2 employees working and neither of them listened or paid attention with myself being the only customer.Walked in ordered 1 pound sliced turkey. They had none sliced so the lady at the register whom took my order went to the back and had another lady slice it. Im thinking she told her 2 pounds because a few minutes later the lady slicing comes out and says 1 pound turkey! The lady at the register rings up this 1 pound at the total was $26 dollars which would be 2 pounds equivalent for that price. I was in a hurry, stupid me didn’t pay attention so I paid and left. A couple days later I started thinking dang that was expensive. I looked up the price again and see its $12.99 a pound. So why was I charged $26? Employees not paying attention, employees pocketing money? What was it? Watch your orders, make sure the price matches what you asked for before you leave this store.

I ordered most of my Thanksgiving meal here and it was AMAZING. I got the 2.5 lb oven roasted turkey breast. It was delicious! It was coated in cracked brown sugar. Moist and the star of my meal. The sweet potato souffle was excellent. Au gratin potatoes were good as was the pumpkin pie, apple caramel walnut pie, and the cheesecake. Pick up process was smooth. I ordered ahead online. Highly recommend

This is the best ham I have eaten. The ham is very tender as well as the roasted and smoked turkey. if your looking for s good ham this is the place to get one.
