If I could give negative stars I would. Not only did they charge me 500 to do my taxes, they denied my refund advance of my own money. There was no communication with being denied. Their emerald card is a joke! Don't ever use it! Can't even change to my bank account now and the card charges so many fees! I will never go to them again and I recommend no one else go to them! They are a joke!!

The charge of doing 1. 1040 form single no dependants 1 W2 no deductions I was charged$240.00 it said $80.00 for 1040ez but charged 190.00 then snuck A 40.00 extra charge in there totaling $240.00 and my taxes were rejected because tax preparers fault not sending all forms e-file needed I only did taxes ath@r block to apply for tax advance but they denied my request cause the tax preparer didn't send all forms in and got it rejected I could of efiled for free instead of being ripped off for 240 I could afford anyway I do my own taxes on turbo tax I just needed the loan so I paid 240 for nothing I could have done free I want my money back I'm going to sue for it back

Person didnt have any idea what it would cost for me to get taxes figured.($439) after the fact they was done. This place is a jokeI went to them years ago and stopped due to the same issue as now , thinking maybe they got better over the years. NOPE. Will never go back. I know my $439 makes no dent in the millions they rip people off for but it's my satisfaction that I dnt have to go back to that crooked theiving place. Good luck to all who go to them.
