Came in for auto and home policy and what I thought would be a clean transaction turned into a nightmare. If your race isn’t white DO NOT GO THERE!!! Extremely racist and discriminatory. They will invade into your personal business that is past what they need to know. They will come unannounced to your property at any time they feel like it. They should be shut completely down!!!!! Run from this company!!!!

Mom just renewed her policies with them for the house and car. It was quick and easy with Jennifer Crowe and Laura in the office helping us. Bundling and paperless billing provides discounts, as well as the Drive Trend app. Transfer of coverage to a new vehicle is simple due to the knowledgeable members of this establishment. They are friendly as well as courteous.

We have had trouble from the beginning. We signed up in 2016 with a family member as our agent. We have bought new vehicles over the years and can never get a hold of her. We requested a new agent it was so bad. They told us we couldn't. The wind blew our above ground pool and fence down last weekend. The adjustor that was sent, took one look at the pool and told my husband that nothing would be covered because the pool was collapsed. Hadn't looked at our policy, didn't ask any questions why it was in shambles, just assumed. Mind you we are paying the highest tier of homeowners insurance and pay extra so "structures" and our pool, would be covered. So all they offered get was to cover $500 worth of our fence and for us to pay a $1000 deductible. We can't get away from this place fast enough.
