They ANSWER the phone when you call (I don't think I've ever gotten the answering machine!) They answer emails almost immediately. If they do not know the answer, they will dig and dig to find it. Pat knows who I am when I call and that means a lot. I do not have to explain and explain my story repeatedly to someone new and different each time. She just knows me.
