I came in here with 2 of my friends and one of the workers tried to accuse of throwing stuff around and was extremely hateful and was interrupting my friends and I. The store also had food all over the floors and it was extremely dirty and a mess throughout the entire store. The store was a mess and so was this worker. Even after we got walked away from the worker she proceeded to stare at us all through the store and linger close beside us. Come on guys.

Joann's has always been my go to store for fabric and yarn and any crafting needs. Only 1 cashier. Store is dirty and boxes scattered throughout store. Lots of empty shelves. This is so sad!!! I hope this gets fixed soon or this store will be gone.

Shelves are bare, and there are easily 100 boxes covering the store floor, waiting to be "inventoried" per the staff. They won't sell you anything inside them. I place an order online for pickup while standing in store unable to find the product I need, and the website says they have 13 of them. I order 6. Order is canceled an hour later, and website now says they have 0. They are likely sitting in one of the boxes they won't open for us. Will not return. Very disappointing for Joanns, not the service or selection I know from them.

Ordered online for pickup. Stood up front for 20 minutes. Hit the page button twice. Manager finally wandered out as she was leaving and called somebody up. They acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. And rude. Then they start shutting lights off at 5:30. Mind you it’s posted that they close at 6. I needed to look for a different color shirt but couldn’t see well enough. Very bad service. Stick to hobby lobby.

The line is always extremely long with just one person at the register. Please fix this as most people don’t have an hour or more to stand in line. Also it’s not fair to the worker that’s constantly bombarded with hateful people from waiting so long. Also pricing doesn’t match online prices and the store doesn’t price match their own items from their own website.

This store has went downhill so badly. If you need yarn, don't bother. The shelves are half empty. I don't see this place staying in business much longer

This location has turned into a dump! I'm not sure if it is poor management, understaffing, or what, but the store is a mess and has only gotten worse over the last year.

I come here relatively often because it’s the only Joann’s in the area, but the costumer service is awful. I usually have a lot of empathy for service workers, but every single employee acts like you are a bother to them. I understand costumers can be unpleasant, but if you choose to work in a job where you deal with costumers, you need to at least be friendly. This is less of a complaint and more of a plea for better service training. Kindness goes a long way nowadays.

Items are always good and usually decent pricing. But this location has the WORST customer service. The workers are always rude and act like you are inconvenience them. Plus curbside pick up is a joke. I checked in with the email and sat for a long while. I then called, told the girl my name, and that I was there for curbside pick up. She very rudely said WHAT? I repeated myself and she told me ok, when I have time I'll bring it out to you. Just order online and have it delivered to your house. Hopefully the deliver man is nicer.

Nice place, they was in between clearance sales and spring sales. Getting decorations with the wife for our nephew's graduation party for graduation from his 4th yr of college.

As someone who enjoys sewing, crocheting and other craft projects I really like shopping around to see what they have. It's pretty organized and I can usually find what I need or some version of it.

Poor online ordering service. I ordered online an item that the store was out of, however once the order was placed it stalled in processing for a week. When I decided to cancel I discovered that there isn’t a way to cancel once the order has been placed, even though it has not yet shipped. In recent weeks this location has been in chaos with whole aisles filled with boxes. I’ve enjoyed Joann’s in the past but now I am unimpressed.
