I bought a brand new $72,000 Tahoe September 1. I’ve had numerous issues with it that I’ve asked the dealer to address, including the back bumper was damaged and needs replaced on it the day that I bought it. I have talked to literally everybody in the service department, I made several trips from Madisonville and still hasn’t been addressed. I put in a call to the general manager, and never got a call back . I get told I will be called back and it will get handled. I told them yesterday if I did not get a a definite answer to address the issues that I was having , that I would take it to social media, In hopes of getting a response to address the problems, I’ve had nothing but empty promises, and nobody followed through.

I buy and trade new vehicles every 2 to 3 yrs. I normally do business with my local dealer but they couldn't get me the truck I wanted. I purchased and 2022 Trail Boss LT from Kenny Kent last year solely because they were the only dealer that had a truck with the 6.2liter. When we bought the truck we were told that the chips for the front park assist and heated were on back order. I received a call and voicemail on the 13th of this month stating that I needed to bring my truck in for 2 recalls. According to the OnStar app it says my recalls are for the seats and park assist. I have called numerous times this week to reach someone ans well as today and the same thing happens. Either no one answers or when someone does they pass me off to someone's voicemail. This is the worst dealership I have ever done business with!

It was great except they didn't tell us we could be charged for the diagnosis $150 until we had dropped it off and were at a store shopping 30 minutes later. We didn't end up having the charge due to a recall but I wish they would have told us if the possibility at booking.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with my purchase of my new Chevy Trax. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful in my experience. I was even able to save a few dollars. I will be recommending others to come by a Chevy from Kenny Kent and to look for Darius .

Was very happy with experience and salesman until we had issues with car. Extended warranty is a joke and scam. We were lead to believe it covered anything lubricated or mechanical now we are being told it doesn't cover the parhigh pressure pump or timing belts. We've had car right around a year and paid good money for just to have to put another $3500 in it for things that was suppose to be covered. Unless they address this and make it right I will never purchase or recommend ever again.

Kayli Sutton and her team provided great customer service, I had an unexpected road trip come up, she managed to get me scheduled for service with only three days notice. She and her crew had me in and out and on the road knowing my vehicle was in the best possible condition for the highway!

It was a great experience. Coming from Kentucky, we have 0 inventory and none of the dealerships were willing to keep in touch and let me know when new vehicles were in transit. I contacted Kenny Kent and an hour later received a call from Damien. He helped me facilitate everything and get all the original information I needed, and he helped answer all my questions. Once we got there, Roderick was fantastic an made everything super easy. No stalling, no overselling, just simply listened to what we needed and helped us get the car we’ve been wanting. To top it all off, the manager was super nice and personable. Made sure we had a great experience and ensured I understood everything within the transaction. A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I’d make that two hour drive any day from Elizabethtown to get this kind of service.

I have been to kenny kent for 3 of my vehicle's had no problem until this recent purchase of my 2018 camaro. Because I want thru my own lender and didn't use their lenders. It was my fault they lost 5grand on the car. I pay the asking price 19.982. But if I went through their lenders it would have been 25000. They throw away my floor mats in the detailing department and said they couldn't replace them because they lost money in the deal i don't even want to do business with them anymore and I will not recommend them to anyone ever again

If I could give them a 0, I would! Buyer beware! These people will lie about anything to sell a car! They also dont give you anything for your car in trade. When walking out to my 2020 low mileage Honda passport Elite. We were told that it had passed an expection which included the headlights. I still have the inspection checklist signed off by Kenny Kent!! I noticed the the headlights had heavy condensation in them. I had not even pulled out with it yet! I was told it had just been "detailed", and the condensation would go away. LIE! Here it is 6 months later and they are still the same. Don't try try calling anyone, because, they won't answer or call you back...or when you do talk to someone, they tell you that the car was sold "as is!. Or they will call back and never do! These lights are 1200 each!!! Do you think I would have spent 35,000 on a car just to have to put 2400. more in it???? That's a big NO!!! On top of this, it only came with 1 key fob. I was sent back to financial to do our paperwork and the guy back there "sold" us some type of coverage in order to get a new key fob. Paid another 700 for this plan because he said a new key fob would probably cost us 1500.Problem with this is he said we had to tell this company we were given 2 in the first place. Now they want us to lie!! When we got home, we thought, we aren't going to lie to get another key fob! We canceled the "plan". Ordered another key fob from Honda. Total cost of 220.. Kenny Kent salesmen are out to get your money any way they can. The salesman, who we really thought was a bright young man had the nerve to call and ask how we liked our car today!!! I gave him an ear full for the next 20 minutes on how he lied to us. His excuse about what he told us about the lights?? He had only been there for a couple of weeks at the time, and that's what the detailing department told him!! We will make sure that anyone we know, and we know ALOT of people, this is not where they want to purchase a vehicle!My husband and I will make sure that we are continuing to give Kenny Kent "Free advertisements "every day!

Had have already bought two other vehicles from this dealership. Was looking for a luxury vehicle SUV. Had already looked at a couple when I talked my wife into looking at the Blazers. Wife took her trade in the day prior and was offered a reasonable price for it. Better yet, she wasn't pressured, wasn't spoke too in any disrespectful manner and was given accurate information.She set an appointment the follow morning for me to see the vehicle, speak to sales and management. I expressed what I was willing to be flexible on and what I wasn't, they were upfront about where they could work with me and where they couldn't. Wasn't given the oh we don't control this or that walk-around. Upfront and respectful, which is all that I ask in a business transaction.Found a flaw in the paint after leaving the dealership and took it back. Was set up immediately for a repair, no questions asked. Overall, great experience again. This makes my third vehicle I'vepurchased from this dealership and I can say with confidence, that I will revisit when it is time to get another one.Thanks to everyone at Kenny Kent Chevrolet!

I was really surprised how much the salesman knew about the vehicle, also felt comforted by the salesman, saying, if I ever have any questions, he would be happy to show me how to navigate through the options again. The experience was laid-back no high pressure to rush me into something I didn’t want. I will come back and purchase again if I am able.
