They sold me a LEMON and tried to guilt me into keeping it. Check engine came on within 1 hour of owning the vehicle. I took the car back in and was told they could “fix” it. I didn’t feel comfortable. I wanted to start over and get a different car from their lot. They made it impossible. They refused to work with me in any way-even though I was willing to give them another chance! John the “mechanic” was so rude and condescending. He treated me like I was twelve. I will NEVER go back to this location and advise my friends and family not to either. *Please note that Rick W. is a VERY kind, honest salesman and he had nothing to do with the situation.

Bought a used SUV from here about a month or so ago. Sharp vehicle and seemed nice. Took on test drive, check engine light comes on so I bring it up to sales manager (I'm assuming) he ends up checking it and saying there was no code. Check engine light was off so I proceeded. Turns out light comes back on, i check it this time and turns out vehicle has transmission leak on a sealed system and the ecoboost/turbo charge system is failing. They did give me a 6 month 6k mile powertrain plan...but I'm having to take time to get it diagnosed (my expense) to attempt to turn in and see if it's covered. Sales rep was great but manager who did paperwork was shady at best and was not upfront sending me off lot knowing what the light was on for. I will think twice next time....if you go here Roger is great sales rep definetely ask for him, just be careful with managers and take what they say with grain of salt. If this protection plan doesn't cover transmission and ecoboost I'm going to be out a few thousand on top of the high used car prices we are forces to deal with due to chip shortages.

They had a car listed on their website that I really wanted that's hard to find, only come to find when I got there to look at it that it had been sold a week ago. Very misleading. People shouldn't have to call for vehicle availability, they should be able to just show up and look at the vehicle in person. It's not that hard to update a vehicle listing to at least show "sold" or be taken off the list the 'same' day that it's sold.

I got a great deal on a Hyundai Elantra. Joe and Carlos are very helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy anything you aren't comfortable with. Everything we talked about was clearly listed and explained in the sales paper work. I will definitely check this dealership again when I'm ready to buy another car.

Destroyed my credit by running it SIX times instead of one, rude and impatient, wasted two days worth of my time for me to not even get the car, horrible at communicating, ignored me at their store for multiple hours. DO NOT GO HERE.

Amazing service! We have been to many dealerships in the last month and Kenny Kent Neighbor Store was the friendliest group by far. We ended up purchasing a beautiful 2012 Ford Edge from them. Rick Walker and Kevin Connelly couldn't have been any nicer to work with. Everyone there went out of their way for us. Highly recommended!

The full name for this business didn't fit when someone added I guess? This is the place we went to to buy our car because of timing it took a few days but they never made us sit in the office while they worked on paperwork for us or called lenders like is our experience with dealers in Cali who were so afraid if you walk out the door they'll lose your business. These guys KNOW their cars and their deals are good! They put some real sweet perks in our contract that made buying really awesome, I don't know if they do that for everyone or every car or just cars a certain age or from certain lenders or maybe a combo of factors but it left us feeling super happy and like we were treated great. We especially loved Rick! That guy is a hidden gem. His little quips are hilarious. And he's a great salesman I'm pretty sure he could have sold us a shitty car but two things 1) there's literally none on that lot and Rick is just not that type of guy. You can tell he LOVES what he's doing because he's selling people cars they'll love. The finance guy Kevin worked tirelessly to get us a deal we could live with on a car we would love. And the manager who put together this team should be applauded what an all around good guy, although his name escapes me at the moment because we didn't deal with him as much. Couldn't have had a better experience! I salute you. Highly recommend! I COULD NOT have had a better experience.

Friendly sales dept, fast and curtious. A little too cautious of perspective customers, i noticied eyes on me everytime i exited the building to smoke. Financial dept leads to the low stars. They gave me low trade value on my trade. I had proof of 30 acres, owned secure equity, and they still asked for 1400 to 500 down. This happened at the Pollack Ave and Green River Rd location too btw
