In spring 2023 I had a 2010 RAV4 with 177000 miles making a noise that seemed to be from the transmission. I wanted to know what was wrong. Service department would not just look at that issue, but had to do a whole vehicle inspection for which they charged almost $200 which was more than I wanted done. What I wanted and what they would do were 2 different things. I went ahead and had them do the inspection and I received a report recommending over $12,000 dollars in repairs for a vehicle worth around $5000. This vehicle has performed great for 13 years and has never needed any service outside of routine maintenance. On a recent 14000+ mile trip on the west coast it averaged 30 mpg. This vehicle has also never leaked any fluid, but the morning after the inspection there was radiator fluid on my garage floor. I think they had disconnected the radiator hose for the inspection and not put it back on well. The problem with the transmission noise seems to have been the rear differential which had a manufacturer recall, but was no longer covered by Toyota. Another issue was I then found out the lifetime extended warranty given to me by another Toyota dealer where I purchased the vehicle new was a worthless piece of paper which of course is not Kenny Kent's responsibility.

After doing nationwide searchs for extended periods of time, we finally found the Rav4 Adventure to purchase. Kenny Kent Toyota beat every listed price out there by $2,305.00 (comparing apples to apples). Unfortunately to purchase this car meant a 15 hour drive for us. After reading previous reviews, we had concerns if we could secure this car prior to leaving and be assured it would be available to test drive prior to finalizing our purchase. I am here to tell you ! Yes you can! We put down a small deposit and agreed to obtaining a credit preapproval confirming our ability to secure the loan. I applaud Kenny Kent Toyota ! Not only did they have the car when we arrived, but, they had it up in the building, serviced, paperwork completed as much as possible (at my request) and everything ready to go to save us time in the closing process. I had the option to not purchase the car after my test drive, however, I am pretty sure if I drive 15 hours - I am buying this car. This team at Kenny Kent was impressive! They used forethought and took all the necessary actions to assure our experience met every expectation and even expectations I didnt have. I highly recommend if you ever are looking to purchase a vehicle out of state or in state - this is the place to find your next car! Great Price and extremely efficient team! Thanks Steven Shutz! Steven Shutz made the whole process extremely easy and straight forward. Russel was a pleasure to deal with back in finance office and I am extremely happy with my new 2024 GR Corolla. We will be back when it comes time for the wife to get a new one.

I experienced a quick, efficient process buying a new Tundra from Kenny Kent Toyota. I had researched the truck I was interested in and was able to move quickly to a no nonsense pricing negotiation over the phone and text. These guys listened without being overly pushy, would definitely deal with these people again. Joe Pearson is great to work with and up front about what the dealer can and cannot do.

We just purchased a Highlander from Kenny Kent Toyota in Evansville IN. We felt like royalty from the time we walked in the door till we drove the vehicle off the lot!! We were met by Mark Byrley and our salesman, John Doss. Mark sold us our 2008 Camry 15 years ago which has been an awesome car...so nice to be met by a familiar face! Russell Parker, the finance manager, was awesome when we closed the deal. He explained everything regarding options on extended warranty, etc. Our salesman, John, went over all the options in the car. My husband and I highly recommend, Kenny Kent Toyota. Mark, John and Russell are wonderful representatives of the dealership!!!

Traded in our 2021 4RUNNER for a 2023 RAV4 HYBRID. Chris was our salesman; he was great to work with, easy to talk with as well. He made sure to go over all the details about our new vehicle and overall provided great service! There was another man who came out to speak with us about numbers but i forgot his name. He was very friendly and great to work with as well, he offered to buy our 2 year old snacks since we were at the dealership at dinner time which we definitely appreciated and are grateful for. Thank you KENNY KENT TOYOTA!! We are 1000% satisfied with our new purchase!.

Purchased a new vehicle here. Given the current market and Toyota availability, we were lucky to get this new 2024 Sienna. It was a couple of months waiting, but, we were able to get it without having to pay any market markups. Mr. Josh Brune really helped us to have a great experience with the purchase. I was a long time Honda customer, but will most likely change to Toyota from now on.

Very dissatisfied with the service department. We made an appointment for an oil change and to get a tire replaced. When we dropped off the vehicle they stated that they needed to order a tire and somehow in the process they broke the tire sensor and then tried to charge us for it. The tire sensor was working fine before we dropped the vehicle off, just had a nail in the tire to close the the sidewall to repair safely. We drove over 2 hours to return to the business we purchased the vehicle from and were treated very poorly. We also requested having the vehicle detailed as we purchased an exterior warranty when we bought the vehicle. We were told conflicting stories on when we could schedule to have it done and still left without a clear answer on when we could make an appointment. We also had another issue with the data communication module error everytime the vehicle is started and they “forgot” to look at it until we were getting ready to leave and said they needed to hook it up to the computer. They literally just pulled it out of the shop and didn’t check into it at all. So now we will have to drive back another 2 hours one way, to get the tire replaced and hopefully get the car detailed and the other issue fixed. This is one of the worst service departments I have been to and I honestly don’t know how they have any business charging people for sensors they break. Plus to top it all off, on the estimate to have 1 tire replaced, they had $40 in shop charges!!! That’s ridiculous! I worked at a dealership and we never charged near that much even for an engine replacement. They are obviously just trying to take advantage of people at that point. If this is the way they are going to continue to treat their customers, we will just take our vehicles to a local shop and not waste my time or gas driving that far to try and stay “loyal” to a dealership that obviously doesn’t care about its customers. We bought 2 vehicles and the sales department was great and couldn’t have been happier. The service department on the other hand was the complete opposite.

I bought a car last week, and I wasn’t satisfied with some parts on it. Steven Shutz went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car, and was able to provide me outstanding customer service. He wasn’t the person that sold me the car, and still made sure I was happy with it. I so wish that I would have pushed for him to be my salesman. If you’re looking to buy a new or used car, I can’t recommend him enough. Ask for him, you won’t regret it!

I went to trade in my 2005 Toyota Corolla for a newer model at Kenny Kent. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted at the door by James Amato asking if I needed help. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he helped me find and obtain the exact vehicle I wanted. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and personality. He helped me to obtain the best deal for my trade.My positive experience at Kenny Kent continued with Tab Burcham in the financial part of the sale. He helped keep me on my price point of monthly payments.Because of my experience at this dealership, I would have no problems recommending them!

I have just received the Best Customer Service in my life from Kenny Kent Lexus Service Center in Evansville,IN! Their Service Advisor Ms. Brittany Rozanski scheduled my repairs and took Excellent care of me during our stay while having my Lexus repaired. They are the by far the Best!
