Kim's has the best selection in colors, styles and sizes. Kim and her staff make you feel really welcome and go out of their way to help you. If ordering, the product comes fast and you get the call it's in as soon as they check in shipment. Can't beat them!

I recently worked with Kim’s Scrub Connection in Evansville to place a large order of over 20 white coats, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Kim was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, making sure everything went smoothly. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. The staff was also attentive, professional, and made the process easy from start to finish. This is the cheapest place with nice well made scrubs I've ever been to! The staff are allsuper sweet and bery helpful! I 100% will be returning!

I've never been treated so nice buying clothes anywhere in my life! I'm a larger woman and the lady went around the store so quickly and found like 8 pairs of pants in my size to try! Was such a a wonderful experience, will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend anyone I meet to go here for scrubs!

Great scrub shop. Kim was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately I’m horrible at making decisions lol. So when I have a friend to go back with me, I will for sure return for my scrubs!

The sales lady is a witch. God forbid you tell her NO when she asks if she can help u. She needs to get off her high horse. She missed out on my $400 today. Oh, well I know somewhere that has better uniforms. You are a hateful lady. God bless u anyway...

Terrible service! Quick to take your money, but doesn't follow up on orders. Been waiting 5 weeks for my 5-7 working day delivery. Now, I have to go back and sign to get a refund! Very poor customer service. Good at excuses too.

If I could give this place a negative 5 star just of attitude and rudeness I would. I simply called and asked if the company sold male scrubs . The lady who answered who is the owner had hung up on me with no hesitation and when I tried too call back it was as if the phone had been sent too voicemail purposely so I called back a third time too make sure and just as sure as I was curious the first time , I was right. I wouldn’t consider visiting a place like that for no one whose day is going well. If your looking too have it ruined go to Kim’s☺️?she’ll do it for you.

Holy cow! The woman working there has got to go! If she is the owner, Holy smokes. Rude as rude can be! I was looking for a pair of non-slip shoes, told her my issues, she immediately sent me away! Told me "None of these shows will work for you!" Sent me to The good Feet Store, where I went, they don't even sell shoes there!Wow!

Oh my gosh…I have never in my life experienced such horrible and RUDE customer service as I experienced at this place. I don’t know if the woman working today, on a Sunday, was the owner or not, but she was off the charts rude…she literally started screaming at me because my teenage daughter was “trying on too many scrubs 20 minutes before closing”. The first thing the woman said to me when I walked into the establishment was “Im closing these doors right at 5:00, in 20 minutes” I told her, nicely, that we would be out in 10 minutes, well before closing time. She still proceeded to make comments about how she was locking the doors right at 5:00 and how we BETTER BE DONE by then. After so many comments and rude remarks I finally told her that we were not spending a penny at this place and that I had never been spoken to so rudely in my entire life. Its too bad too because my daughter starts her new job on Wednesday and we had 3 or 4 full scrub outfits picked out to purchase. But when she was trying on the last outfit (mind you, this was still 15 minutes before the place was set to close) was when she made her final rude comment about my daughter trying on too many clothes. Nobody deserves to be treated the way this lady treated us!! If this is how they treat their customers, I honestly have no clue how the place is still open!!
