They had to do a pretty big repair, replacing two doors and fender, etc due to an accident. They stayed in constant communication throughout the process & we’re quick to resolve an issue I had with repair. Staff is friendly!

Ive took my car to gerber on the west twice now and both times they did amazing!Nice people very open they call on the regular to let you know whats going on I love the communication and couldnt be any happier with the work they have done!Ipl go there anytime i need services and would recommend them to everybody i know!Thank you guys so much for everything!

Did a great job fixing up my car. They also cleaned up the interior as well for me just as a courtesy which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

My car was hit by someone in a parking lot damaging the front right bumper. The bumper was completely replaced. Was originally told it would take 3-5 days to repair, and ended up being 11 days. I got a call saying the wrong bumper was ordered, which I was nice about. I get it, mistakes happen. But when I picked the car up, there is a big gap between my front headlight and bumper. Not sure how it could be cut so poorly on one side, when the other side is perfect. Was told there was nothing else that could be done. Not happy with the repair considering I was patient through the entire process.UPDATE:The general manager Scott came to look at my vehicle. He was very professional and apologetic for the work done on my bumper. Scheduled a day for me to drop it off and have it fixed. Hopefully this will fix the issue.UPDATE 2:Scott made sure my car was fixed and it looks great now! He was very professional and apologetic for the mishap. Also replaced a splash guard I was missing. Thank you again!

Our 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali was damaged over the whole driver side by Robins in the spring and our insurance worked with Gerber to get our vehicle repainted. They did a fantastic job painting our vehicle and even replaced our previously damaged bumper and a headlight that went out.The guys and gals over at Gerber go above-and-beyond to get the job done and make the customer happy!This is the second vehicle we have had painted here, previous one was under Lefler's.

I had them repair my truck and when i picked it up the headlight was misaligned. The front fender was missing a clip and the bed wasn't completely bolted down causing a banging noise while driving. It was a nightmare getting them to repair the damage correctly. The paint is fish eyed and there is over spray all over the rear window and top of cab. The first time i washed the truck the clear coat started peeling off of the front bumper. I will never go back there. The staff was impolite and made it obvious that he didn't care if it was fixed properly. Go anywhere else but not there.
