Felicia on Covert Ave is very patient and understanding. She is excellent. Impeccable and incredible. Very friendly and trustworthy. It was like she was family the way I could trust her with my taxes.?She was willing to take the time with my situation and expand all the options I needed . When she filed my taxes this year I left with solutions I hadn't received for a long time . I left with my burden lifted and a lot of hope for the future.

Went to first ave location and I believe her name was Anna. I sure hope that's her name ... she was amazing!! Very informative about everything! Everything was explained where I could understand and she was very quick and polite!! I will definitely be back next year because of her!! Thank you !! ?
