“Amazing! Amazing! Felicia and Pat are absolutely wonderful to work with! They work WITH you and help you in any way they can. They ANSWER the phone when you call (I don't think I've ever gotten the answering machine!) They answer emails almost immediately. If they do not know the answer, they will dig and dig to find it. Pat knows who I am when I call and that means a lot. I do not have to explain and explain my story repeatedly to someone new and different each time. She just knows me. After all of the years (and moves), they have been there for us. We appreciate them so much. I can not give this agency enough stars! 5 plus!”
