I ordered a dual fuel Stove from Lowes 5 weeks ago from our local Lowes. Lowes store staff have always been wonderful to work with - has been my go to store for decades. I just had delivery of the stove to the house and the two delivery men pulled up and said the stove is too heavy that they would be happy to put it in our gravel driveway, but that we would have to get someone to carry it in the house. This is the most ridiculous thing that I ever heard of. I paid for both delivery and installation and they won't even put it in the house with rain coming in two hours. I sent them back with the stove and will work with our local appliance dealer Waynes - great dealer. Very unfortunate.

I travelled to Evansville to buy 10 pieces of primed trim that the website said was $3.98 a piece. They were supposed to have 12 pieces in stock. However, there was none available on the shelf when I got there. The people assisting between the shelves were not able to help me. They saw 12 available pieces in inventory, but they could not find them. I was told that a third party had stocked the shelves, and they had no idea what had happened. They also called the associate responsible for the area. When I asked for price match for the unpainted product (price for that was $10 more i.e. $100 more for what I wanted to buy) the question was ignored.
Eventually, I walked to customer service. The person there was more than happy to help me, and she requested the assistant manager to address my issue. Which she did. She was great :). She took the responsibility to solve my problem and to honor the advertized price. I was able to leave the store with price match and finish the small remodel I had started.

Lowes Westside two of your employees were incredibly helpful and polite to me today! I ordered some larger items for work thinking they would fit in my vehicle, they did not. Your employees were not upset or rude. They told me what to do once I got my other vehicle and how to contact them to make sure I got my order. I made a duplicate order since I would be bringing back a truck and they called me to make sure I didn't mistakenly make the order. When I came back, they were again very helpful and kind. They even helped me tie down my order in my truck. The cashiers I spoke with, two young ladies braving the wind and cold with smiles, were also incredibly helpful and kind today. You should be proud of your employees.

Frank was so personable. Found a nice sofa with matching recliner and a full size bed and mattress. Much prettier in apartment vs lighting in store. Great financing. Will be back foe side and end tables. Delivery was on time with no problems.

Installation services are terrible. High price plus they canceled Installation after a 2 week wait an hour before agreed time. Now they want me to wait 3 days to get a call to schedule another appointment 2 weeks out. DON'T USE LOWES FOR ANYTHING

Lowes has a variety of tools, home repair equipment, building equipment, and outdoor accessories. They are even running a sale on some pellet smokers with an attached Blackstone griddle!
