Not great this time unfortunately. I went to pick up a new DeWalt Sawzall since mine finally went out on me the other day. When I arrived there was already someone standing in the tool area pushing the assistance button and she said she had been there for 10 to 15 minutes and spoke to an associate up front and said there would be someone back there shortly. 25 minutes later I finally decided enough was enough and I went and got somebody he then came down and helped the woman that was there before me and turned around and walked off it was then I decided I was leaving and I will try the west side

Never again. I got and extended warranty. When I had a problem and call to get it repaired I got the run around. Appoint was scheduled for 2 days later didn’t show. Called Lowe’s they gave me number of company doing repair. He said he hadn’t talked to Lowe’s they sent work order. I was informed it could be up to three days before they could schedule appointment. Lowes don’t tell me something that’s not true. You told me it was scheduled in 2 days. I don’t know now, when it will be fixed This isnt the first time but it will be the last!

You all need to fix your website. it gives wrong information on what's in stock and the amount so when it says you have 60 of something so you drive to your local lowes just for them to tell you they only had 26.and now have none. so I wasted my time going

The store itself is fine, selection is good but their employees are rude and act like they can't be bothered to wait on you. We asked a gentleman for assistance in finding something and he barely looked at us, gave us a short answer and sent us on. Then when we tried to check out, the lady supervising self check out acted like she couldn't go find an item number for an item we were purchasing so we just couldn't have the item - then tried telling us it was part of a 3 piece set, which it WASN'T. Do better Lowes.

The manager is arrogant and has zero compassion and inconsiderate to others below him and thinks he is better than anyone else other than that the other employees are fairly understanding and the younger employees are extremely helpful and understanding and they have empathy so bravo 👏 to the new generation.

Sure wish I could get some help in this store. I wanted to order some cabinets but not a single employee could bother to help us. Thanks,we will go elsewhere. Lowes used to be my first choice. Not lately and not in the future.
