Lowes will have my business for the rest of my life. Memorial day a few years ago, they reserved the military parking in honor of those lost. True class act. And not something I see much of these days.

I needed help to make a key and I went to the pro desk to have them contact someone for help. They said that they would and to wait near the machine. I ended up waiting 20 minutes until I walked around the store to find someone else.

I ordered online and my order was waiting for me. Very pleasant friendly young lady at the Pickup desk. Much better than having to find my stuff and go through checkout.

I found what I was looking for fairly easy, without asking for help, so that's a huge plus, because I was in and out! They have a nice selection on everything you can think of.

Every time I find helpful staff that go out of their way a assist. Clean and well stocked. Veterans discount and interesting clearance sales.

Cashier didn't know how to ring up gift cards with visa and Mastercard logos then when he couldn't get help seemed like he wanted to give up then another guy came and didn't know either. So then gave them my Lowes card and they still couldn't process the order. Needless to say I took my cards and left and told them they just lost a sale there response was cool...of course it is cause it's not your store you don't care about customer service just getting paid for not knowing your job. So I went to home depot where they were magically able to process my gift cards. They must have some unknown technology that Lowes doesn't possess plus Lowes cut out their veterans discounts what a shame they quit caring for us vets, shame on Lowes take your business to home depot or menards and for the new generation act like you want to help the customer....that's why there going to self checkouts cause I guess the new generation is worthless. If they had a 0 star I would have given it 1 is too generous.

Can I give less than 1 star? My wife and I were trying to find a decent brad nailer and after talking to FIVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE and all of them telling us "It's not my department.." AND THEM WALKING AWAY..We said nope, we're going to Home Depot...if you can't treat your customers decently, I will never go back, and I usually spend 500-750$ per visit.

I am capable of navigating the store but in those cases when I do need some assistance there was not anyone within eyeshot. I even looked down two aisles in hopes to find someone. I even tried to find a "Help me" button but couldn't. Gave up, purchased what I did find and went to Menards.

Lowe's used to be the place with the best costumer service. Whenever you needed assistance, someone was right there. In all the areas where you would need help, there was a button to push, an announcement would go overhead saying where the help was needed, and an associate would quickly come.Today, I needed a piece of chain cut. There was no button to push for help. I had to search and asked for help from 3 different people. All three said they couldn't do that, but would call someone to help. I even called the front desk and said I've been waiting by the chain cutting area for help. Waited for over 30 minutes to finally get someone that would help.Altogether I was in the store for an hour trying to get something that needed 5 minutes to do.
