Me and my wife had took her mom's car to discount tires and was waiting for the car to get done and we went right next door and three ladies plus my wife went to order the food and was waiting for short orders and they didn't look at us or give us our food till we said we will call corporate office they gave us our food and called all the women white garbage and you know what that means the employees were all black teenagers so my wife called and complained and all we know it hasn't done a thing about it.

Morning drive thru crew had decently quick speed. My frappe was slightly melted but it tasted great.

I ordered online for delivery, 3 out of the 4 times I have done this my order has been wrong, but this is they really messed up. In stead of a cheeseburger happy meal my 4 year old grandson got 6 pcs chicken nugget he won't eat them. I ordered 4 pies received 2, a medium smoothly got a small one. Tried to call them, they have the phone off the hook. (GREAT BUSINESS - NOT). This is the 3rd time out of 4 that I ordered online for delivery and not received everything I ordered. It's only in the evening from 6pm and after at least the last 6 months. Corporate office needs to fix this, because they are losing business, but they really don't care because they make enough money. ST. Joe store replaced my order the first time, they didn't have to and I didn't asked, I just called to ask them to call the other one and ask them to answer the phone. He ask me what happened, the said come to this store and I will replace your order and this man apologized, I bet 4 times, I tried to show him what I received to what I ordered he said no, but I did give him the receipt.

Every time we go through the drive thru they make us pull to the side and wait at least 10 minutes or more, only for the worker to bring out an order that 9 out of 10 times is wrong. I’ve never been to a business that gets something wrong more than they do right. We keep giving this location another chance thinking it will get better and it only gets worse. It is very disappointing.

They need to fire everyone and start fresh. The staff are incapable of making a meal and getting it to a customer in less than 45 minutes.I’ve had an abusive relationship with this McDonald’s location for a few months now. I always tell myself they’ve changed, and the next encounter won’t be as bad as the last one. I always get a slap of reality when they ask me to park and wait for my single combo meal.Save yourself some time and frustration, go somewhere else.

My friend and I decided to go to McDonalds because we go there a lot. This is one of the few times that it’s been really bad. I’m not one to complain and write reviews but this has to be resolved. After we paid for our food we pulled up to the window. The employee handed us one of our drinks (keep in mind we had two seperate orders) and told us to go park in one of the drive thru spots. Which is fine! I have no problem with that. First off we waited 15 minutes for our food. Another employee came up to our car to give us our food. He handed us both bags but not another drink. I politely asked if I could get my drink and some sauce. He rolled his eyes and put his finger up in the air to shush me and walked away without saying anything. When he came back, he one by one forcefully handed me my drink, a straw, and 1 sweet n sour sauce. This man has always been like this with every encounter we had. He was like this at fazolis as well when he worked there. I wanted to come on here and say that the world we live in today is absolutely disgusting. No one should be treated this way, especially in a fast food place that is based solely on customer service. People need to treat each other with respect and kindness. This was ridiculous. I still love you though McDonalds.

The app crashed when I got here for curbside pickup and wouldn't let me input the parking lot number - so when I came inside the workers almost wouldn't help - I had to yell into the kitchen to get someone's attention in order to receive some help. They informed me that they never received the order, the screenshot I took of the order was not good enough to prove the order and had to show them my bank account details to prove that I paid for it. They said they never received the order so they had to ring it up again. A simple curbside turned into a park walk inside and wait for someone to acknowledge the people at the counter. There are currently 6 people waiting for service in the lobby, and no one running the cash register. At no point should I have to show my bank account details to prove a food order. Disgusting service. McDonald’s needs to change their policies. This is not how customers should be treated when spending their money in an establishment.

It took us over half an hour to get our food. The staff waited on the drive up while ignoring all the customers that were waiting for their food inside. We watched 2 employees stand and watch 1 person bag orders. When I asked the person at the counter if she could check on our food she said she was busy helping other customers. She clearly wasn't helping any of us standing and waiting. Food was cold and sloppy when we finally got it. There was absolutely no attempt to expedite the orders. They filled the orders VERY Slowly!!!!!!!! I am sympathetic to restaraunts that are short handed and busy but that clearly was not the case this time

Always great service friendly people, I recommend you download the app, there's always a buy a quarter pounder get one for 29cents, I always use that deal, or buy one get on McMuffin! Always ask for a fresh quarter pounder, they are suppose to drop it as ordered, so if yours is not hot and fresh it's been sitting where they hold the other patties and that's not cool, also if your nuggets are not fresh and they come out to cooked, they redipped them in the fryer, don't let them do this to you, ask for fresh new nuggets to be cooked or a refund! I use to work there long ago I know all their hacks?!
