“Staff was very knowledgeable and patient. She explained everything very well. The only negative was the price. I do believe they have a good product which will help me for years to come. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.”

“I would like to let you know about one of your employees and what he did for me yesterday. Cody Brown has been here on a couple other occasions with my other chair. But yesterday he delivered my new chair. Before he showed up I hadn't felt good at all. I hadn't even remember that he was coming. So as you can imagine my spirits soared when he came rolling up the ramp with my new pretty purple ride. He is a funny guy easy to talk to and very professional. You have a dedicated employee there. Congradulations to you, to me to everyone who gets to deal with Cody in the future Thank you Dawn Wade”

“Nate did a fantastic job on our bathroom! He thoroughly explained every step of the process, including any snags that he ran into as he was working. He also involved us in every decision he could allow us to make. Our bathroom was done in less than a week, and it looks amazing!”

“I purchased an upright rollator someplace else because my insurance couldn't find one. I was at a loss on how to put it together. I called Tri-State and spoke with Mr. Lenny, he told me he was on his way out and could stop by and check it out. Between the two of us, it still wasn't going to work. I tried to pay him but he wouldn't take it. Who has customer service like that anymore?I will definitely go here for my needs. Thank you.”

“I have never had a problem in dealing with St Vincent’s Medical Supply. I have been a customer for years. On a Friday evening I needed help about my oxygen and a therapist even came back to the after closing. He was very nice about it. I am talking about the store on Logan Drive . Great people.!”
