Mega Replay is a great store with a fantastic and bigger-than-it-looks selection. The place has tons of stuff, including Funko Pops, games for all systems, plushies, used board games, movies, video games, and even some rare books and retro games and hardware. Customers report a wonderful place to shop with fair prices, way better prices than eBay, for both buying and selling. The store has great customer service and great staff. However, one customer was very disappointed with the rewards experience. A 15% off reward for a next visit did not apply to collectables, which was not disclosed, and the reward was not returned when not used. This lack of communication about what discounts apply and the non-refundable policy on collectables, even for duplicates, was upsetting. Overall, it is a great place with a great selection, but customers should be aware of potential policy issues with rewards and collectables.
