I became an M-Perks member quite awhile back. The reward coupons come in handy and Meijer also notifies you for special sales or events. Doing refunds and exchanges are easy. One issue when I was shopping ( January ), the store was kinda cold. I was in the store over an hour and it was still as cold when I left.
