I went in there just to see how much it would be to switch carriers . I was greeted by this lovely lady named wyli , she was super kind and answered all the questions I had . It definitely made my experience a whole lot better and she made me feel like I was actually being heard. Good job Metro!

So I went yesterday and got new phones and even tho they were free I spent 270. I figured activations and fees and whatnot. He went to grab phone cases and I said those are free right? He carefully worded that it was part of the 270 price he quoted at the beginning . Then I asked what my monthly bill will be cause I was paying 120 for 4 lines now and didn't want to pay much over that and he told me 135. Well I get a text today that said my monthly bill will be 165 for 3 lines. So I go to look at my receipt and he charged me almost 22 dollars per case for the phones. I feel scammed 😞

Stopped here yesterday 1/8/23 to get some help with my phone. A sweet little girl Mishon helped me. Mishon was very helpful and efficient. Thank you for helping this old lady. I really appreciate your understanding and I know other elderly people do to. Metro you have a jewel here.

There was a lady(Shannon) in this store that helped me out so much. I've been having a problem with my phone and she fixed it like it was nothing. Great job. She's a keeper. For sure!!

Until today I sent all my friends to metro but now I will be looking for another phone service ones who don't lie and ones who doesn't hang up on a customer for calling them out on said lie .

My mom and I visited this store on April 20, 2023. I was in the area visiting my mom and had purchased an iPhone for her. I wanted to add a convenient service for her before leaving. Since there is no Metro store in Vincennes, we drove to this location before I headed back home to Louisville.We were greeted by Marie. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Also, we ended up spending less than anticipated. We left feeling very satisfied. I would like to thank Marie for her extraordinary service and help!

Angela at the diamond avenue branch in Evansville Indiana helped me out more than any other phone company personnel ever has! Furthermore she did it on a day when the first avenue store was unexpectedly closed for some reason, and so all of the overflow customers came to her, which she handled mid upgrade for me, despite the fact that she was swamped with both basic customer service issues as well as technical ones. Angela rocks!
