  I have been there 3 times in the 3 weeks. 2nd & 3rd time's were due to poor repairs. The last time I had to be towed in. Now I have to purchase new lugs nuts since they used an impact and damaged most of them when they should have done it manually after paying $1400 for new brakes.

  Yes it was a total disappointment. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 1pm appointment and had to sit until 1:40 with no one in the lobby. I watched 3 cars come through only to be parked in your lot. Then I was told they had a BROKEN AIR LINE!!! Then it cost me $73.00 for the same service I had been receiving for the last 3years @ $35.00 plus tax. They didn't rotate my tires and I feel quite disappointed. I used to bring 2-vehicles to ur place of business but, I'm going to explore my other options. I'm a retired vet who is on disability and I am not satisfied. I give them a -3 just to let u know..

  We have come here several times for our Jeep Patriot. Previously we did a tire aliment and driving home the steering wheel was off by 160 degrees. A small error. the wheels were fine, but the steering wheel needed correcting.
  
  Now, we came in for a coolant leak. They said we needed a new radiator. Cost was $1,011.60, which seems accurate for a complete radiator replacement. I trusted them in their assessment.
  
  Now 7 days later there is still a coolant leak, which indicates to me that it wasn't a radiator issue, but rather a mere hose and seal issue.
  
  I should have listened to my wife who told me to ask them to SHOW ME where and how they determined it was a cracked radiator.
  
  Now we are taking it back to have it corrected.
  
  Come here for basic maintenance or tires , but don't trust them with serious issues.
  
  Addendum: they have reassessed the issue and determined that it was the 'bottom hose'. The error did not present itself until it was cold.
  
  This further indicates to me a failure in their assessment methods and a predetermined plan-of-action to just throw on a new part in the expectation that it will fix the issue.
  
  Again, come here for basic maintenance and don't trust them for serious issues.

  I use Midas for most my vehicle service because they work hard to please the customer. They have always done a good job for me.

  I don’t even want to give 1. I took my car there & I was quoted $2000 to replace gasket cover & spark plugs. They assured me this would solve my issue. They even played the whole “ I’ll give you the medical professional discount” & dropped the price to $1400. I literally gave them every dollar I had to my name. First time, I picked up my car it wouldn’t even start. So I had to leave it again. They said it was something to do with starter alternator etc area which was another $$900. Finally Picked up my car & in less than 24 hours my motor went out as I was on the Lloyd, exhaust was letting out so much smoke it covered my entire car almost causing an accident since I couldn’t see. I called Midas they said to bring it back & they will see what they can do but very likely motor will need replaced & quoted me over $7000 & said he could do on side for less. Thanks Midas for having me spend my last on trying to save my car when you knew the first day what I needed but you saw the desperation in me and knew I was going to do what I thought needed to he done.
  Then act like they are giving you a discount by telling you to say you are in the medical field but really just does that for everyone bc they know the discounted price was the correct price. These people took advantage of me & also a few ppl I spoke to. I will never bring a vehicle here nor let anyone I know bring their vehicles here.
  Also the 5 star reviews are not real. I reached out to a few of them & 3out of 5 said they know the guy upfront who runs the place & he sent out a mass texts to his friends to post 5 star reviews. I personally know 2 ppl that gave reviews who don’t even have a car!

  If I could give zero stars I would my car was at midas for 97 days waiting on a motor which is BS I spent over $5000 in rental cars waiting for them to fix my car they have poor service

  Midas is my go to place for all my car repairs. As a senior patron I feel very comfortable calling on them. Recently I had a tire problem and had already been told I should get new tires, so when one went flat I called them. I cannot drive after dark so they worked me in at 3:pm and put 4 new tires on my car and got me home before dark. Since time change it is getting dark so much earlier and I appreciated them taking care of me.
