Im actually surprised to see other costumers complain about being shorted their narcotics. Has happened to me twice now and got me in trouble through my program. So every month I have them count them in front of me. (I understand their human and mistakes can happened, that’s just a mistake I can’t take a chance on) It’s embarrassing and time consuming but can’t take the chance. And now I see I’ve made a good choice.Other then that, I’ve had no problems. with the exception of right now their out of stock. But most the people are really nice. And the pharmacist went out of his way to try to help me get another script (that was completely my fought) and I’ve never really waited terribly long.

Ridiculous wait times.. an average of over 20 min per car in drive thru.

Long waits, prescriptions either not available or never ready at time promised. Pharmacy staff rude and I have observed staff standing around ignoring customers while customers wait in line. Called to address my concerns and pharmacy staff member did not listen to me,talked over me and made it obvious she didn't care. Switched to another location that value's customers and will never go back to Weston Road location. I'm sorry I had to give one star that location is not deserving of one star because even it will add up but the CVS location we go to now is great but because they can't get worker's they let it go on.

Doesn’t deliver and shorts you on controlled substances. Don’t leave the store and request a pill count.

I know the pharmacist need a break the the new lunch time totally closing the pharmacy is bad. I received a text it was ready to come and get it then sat in the drive through for 20 min until I could finally get out after calling to complain the recording said pharmacy is closed. There should still be someone working the windows not closing the entire pharmacy also there are no signs when entering drive through to say it’s closed there were 10 cars sitting and waiting this is totally inconsiderate!!!after sitting there all that time I now have to drive back later and get my script.

Tonight the man on third shift really helped me out. I called before I came here because Morgan cvs is closed due to short staff and he was very polite and friendly over the phone and when I arrived I passed him stocking and when I couldn’t find what I was looking for I went up to the checkout and he already beat me to it! I asked him if they had what I needed and he took me straight to it. For the short time I was there I saw an ideal employee and if I were his boss I would definitely give him a raise! Very kind and very welcoming 10/10

They are not open 24 hours. They are open 8 am to 8 pm on Saturday. They have different hours on Friday and Sunday. They also have not told the emergency rooms and health care providers that they are no longer a 24 hour pharmacy.

Me and my friends were accused of stealing because we were LAUGHING in an aisle. After paying for our items. A customer and manager then followed us out to our car and proceeded to yell at us. They then tried to forcefully search our car for “stolen” items. We offered to show them our items and our receipt for them, but they just kept yelling at us. This was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

I arrived 15 minutes before they opened, hoping I could enter my information ahead of time and wouldn't have to wait to be seen. There was already one person waiting and the kiosk would not let anyone input their information until the clinic was officially open. So that added to the wait time. You are also unable to enter your own insurance information. When you go back into the exam room, the doctor has to enter it in their computer for you, which also adds to wait time.
