Place was clean. The woman who did my nails was very nice! I was in and out with no issues. Prices are a little high, but nails are a luxury, so I was okay with it.

Tiffany was great! Love how they have lots of polishes to choose from. Everyone was so friendly & salon was so clean. Definitely my new favorite place to get my nails done.

I have NEVER had the experience that I had today at this nail salon.... I have been getting my nails done for over 12 years I always went to the same person. 5 months ago I had to start looking for a new place and as any woman might know finding someone who does your nails the way that you like can be a tedious process.. After trying numerous different shops The Nail Gallery was recommended to me. I was so excited they were so nice the place is beautiful and the best part I loved the way they did my nails (pink/white french).... Fast forward to today I called this morning like I always do and set 2 appointments one for my friend and one for myself and told them what I wanted. We show up at 3:30 for our appointments and they have my friend sit at a station I sat beside her to talk while waiting for my turn. 15 minutes later I began to wonder if they forgot about me so I asked, a few min later the guy that has done my nails before told me they couldn't do my nails because they didn't have the tool (which really confused me it's a nail salon with 20 stations) I told him it's probably in the station he sits at. Their English isn't the greatest so he spoke to the woman sitting at the first booth... This is where the horrible service began.. She proceeded to tell me that they do not have the tool so I couldn't get my nails done.. I did not understand 1. Why they didn't tell me when I called and set the apt at 10am 2. How I. The world they didn't have the tool when the last 5x it wasn't an issue and 3.they weren't eve looking. I told the woman I didn't understand this she then began to get hateful asking why I didn't understand (because its a nail salon who does nails) next she tells me that I'm the only one who comes in the shop who gets pink/white. (I do understand not everyone can do pink/white but the guy who can was there) she then tells me he didn't have the tool because he "borrowed " someone's. I asked her where I can go I would go right then and buy my own tool..she said you cant!!( I had already taken my nails off and just needed mine done) I told her I just didn't understand how a nail shop didn't have the tools.. this whole time she is very rude and talking to me like I was stupid...looked at me and said I'm done with u!!!! I asked her could she tell me when u would be able to get them done later today tomorrow or Sunday...she ignored me I asked again 3x. I even tried to ask the 4 other workers in the shop they kept looking at her like they were afraid to answer me. I loved this shop!!! I have never been treated like this EVER! We left and went to X-pert Nail and Spa on Virginia and they were AMAZING

I will never get my nails done anywhere else! Very clean, precise, the best company, \\u0026 they deliver every single time whether it’s a design or an idea, they can do it! I always go to Thomas - he does excellent work! Sophia did my pedi this time \\u0026 she was amazing!!! Thank you for always giving the most bang for my buck!
