Dyris Haywood-Exceptional Customer Service and Personalized AttentionI recently had the pleasure of renting a car from National Car Rental, and I must say, their customer service is truly outstanding. From the moment I walked up to the help desk, I was greeted by name and professionalism. Mr. Haywood was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met.What really impressed me was the way National Car Rental always remembered me as a valued client. Despite renting from them only a few times a year, they consistently treated me as a familiar face, making me feel welcomed and appreciated. This personal touch made a world of difference and created a lasting impression.Not only was their customer service exceptional, but the quality and cleanliness of the cars were top-notch. The vehicle I rented was in pristine condition and met all my expectations. It's evident that National Car Rental takes great pride in maintaining their fleet and providing a hassle-free experience for their customers.

Great experience. I was upgraded to an SUV. I felt safer since I was driving for work into a snowy area. Mackensie Russell was a delight when I returned my rental. She asked to make sure everything went as expected, and even asked if I was treated well when I picked up the rental. I appreciate employees who care about their customers. This is why I keep returning to National.

Honestly they were great to work with. The only problem was getting the refund turn around time a little quicker. Other then that the process was quick, easy and without any problems.

I try to fly into this airport frequently and rent from this location. Unfortunately my flights are usually late arrivals around 10pm or later. National/Enterprise has always worked with me and said while their hours say they close at 11pm they actually stay open 2 hours past the last flight. For some reason my carrier has pushed my arrival time on my regular flight to 11:04pm and now National/Enterprise will not let me rent a car online. So I try and call the airport location to discuss and it just rings and rings before it tells me my call cannot be transferred. When I try the other methods I get someone at the corporate office who tells me they can't rent a car after 11pm. So my options are pay over $200 extra to Uber home and Uber back the following day to pickup which I have no desire of doing or to change my flight to a different airport such as Nashville that has later hours.While this location has been helpful and useful in the past, it appears that will no longer be an option which is why I give the 2 star rating.

Completely unacceptable. No one working either National or Enterprise counters at noon on a Friday. No one around. No one to offer any service. Not sure how you run a business without having employees.Not sure how I'm supposed to pick up the car that I have reserved...

I've never had an experience with National that hasn't been leaps above expectations. Disappointed that I can't give them more than 5 stars.

I had a great experience with getting a vehicle from National Rental. The process was extremely fast and the staff was very professional. Upon arrival, I was told that no cars were available and that they only had trucks left. I was willing to take a truck with no problems. I'm a southern girl:) but a SUV showed up st the last minute. The SUV was waiting at the front door for me and my travel companion. The SUV was clean and filled with gas. The return process was even faster. Thank you National!

Car options are not much… no emarald aisle…staff is helpful but with not good cars it’s not a choice but lack of options

Extremely disappointed. Was given the option to pick up from EVV at 5pm. I show up at 5PM and no one was there. They had closed. Called customer service and talked to a nice lady. She said they closed at 5pm. I asked why it let me choose 5PM as a pick up time then and unfortunately she had no answer to that. If you close at 5PM, why would you allow that time to be chosen on the web site then? I was told they open at 9AM. That's fine, but my family and I would have been at our destination by the time I now have to pick up the rental.

disappointed, We have rented vehicles from EVV on a multitude of occasions and we got a vehicle from National this past weekend that was to say the least subpar. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the back seats were not cleaned, and the tire sensor on a tire was malfunctioning. When I reported these claims to the customer service agent at the counter on the return of the vehicle, she merely stated "sorry". I did not notice the smell at first because the air was on, when I had to turn it off is when I realized so it was just too late, the sensor I thought was no problem just check the tire pressure....no it would go from one number to another so it wasnt the tire pressure it was the sensor. I did not have to use the back seat as I was traveling solo, but on my return I was traveling with more than I came with and was putting things in the back seat and it had what appeared to be sand on the back seats. Just disappointed with the vehicle and the lack of concern from customer service.

I cannot give zero stars. I am utterly dissapointed - arranged travel plans and asked Elaine specific questions about the hire. When the travellers were stranded at the airport the information given was incorrect or incomplete. This will cause me to rather catch a bus or hitchhike before I ever use or recommend National to anyone ever again

I am an elite member of national. The last 2 times i guess E IS FOR EVERYONE doesn't include me. First a 300 deposit. I have never been charged anytime before this. It feels like the Gestapo was behind the counter. What happen to friendly customer service last time i will ever step into a National or enterprise.

Not very helpful attendant at desk on my Thursday morning car rental. Had me call a number to answer a question that the customer service representative said the desk attendant should have answered.

Friendly and efficient counter staff in airport. Car was new and clean. Easy in/ out at the airport.
