Was happy at the beginning but after two price increases, in a one year span, that almost doubled my price I could no longer afford and I don’t recommend this facility for that reason

This National Storage location is a fairly new (5 years old) storage facility. They have spacious and well-kept units as well as smart systems to help you when no one is there in person. Check it out if you are looking for a modern and clean storage center on the north side of town!

I made the switch from Public Storage to here (known as “Northside Mini Storage” when I made the switch) around a year and a half ago. I’m paying roughly $70 less for the exact same size unit I’d had at the other place! Not that long ago they installed a gate at the entrance. Each time you wanted to enter the property you’d have to enter a code for the gate to open. Upon leaving you’d stop your vehicle within a certain distance from the gate and it would automatically open so you could exit. That was back when they allowed you 24/7 access to your storage unit. I LOVED the fact that it was 24/7 access!!! Initially, that and of course the price difference were the reason I made the switch to this location. The reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is because they changed the 24/7 access to 6am - 10pm. The few visits I’ve made since the access change I’ve noticed the gate has been open upon arrival. I’m assuming they keep it open now during the access hours. Although I’m bummed about the change in access hours … the price, location, and cleanliness of my unit & the property overall still makes me feel confident that I made the right choice! So, yes I do recommend them for your storage needs.

One of the best and cleanest facilities in the North Evansville area and has a secured GATE. When I called to checkout the rental process, Brenda was exceptional, quick and answered every question! I reserved my climate controlled unit 2 weeks before moving in and while driving my U-Haul from Florida to Indiana- I forgot to call and start "pay" for my unit. I called the customer service line and was called back within 5 minutes. It was 8:45PM on a Friday night and the rep was kind, reassuring and explained the next steps. That Saturday, "move in day", my gate code did NOT work but again the helpline and associates where AMAZING! The property is well organized with signs, expectations, cameras and is super clean. A huge perk was Dollar General across the street because we forgot our drink cooler so if you need water/snacks while you unload, you can walk there! Our unit was also cleaned and treated for pests before we arrived! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Helpful staff. Parked a vehicle there and a few of the spots were used a junk heaps. Never had a vandalism problem with my vehicle while Parked there.
